Fab Freebie: Cameo Appearance

I believe it was the renowned Dave Coulier who once immortalized the words “cut it out” on Full House… but I don’t quite think Uncle Joey had a clue what potential those words could hold when it came to the Silhouette CAMEO digital cutter. You guys may have seen Silhouette cutters mentioned around the blogosphere before (our friends Jessica at How About Orange and Nicole at Making It Lovely did some cool projects with theirs). Now Silhouette has released a larger and quieter model called the CAMEO. Basically any design that you can create on your computer can be printed and intricately cut out on all sorts of papers. We haven’t tried it out ourselves, but there are tons of idea starters on the Silhouette Pinterest boards.

    I would have loved to have met Issac Stern. He was a famous violinist, and being able to hear him in person would have been amazing!

    Robin Williams has made a couple cameos in my life already – I met him at a museum with his kids when I was little, and now he just married a local graphic designer who worked for my mom for a year. (True story.)

    Vanilla Ice made a couple cameos as well, he used to frequent the Jamba Juice my husband managed when we lived in West Palm Beach.

    But, my DREAM cameo would be with Matt Damon or Mark Walburg – they’d see me on street, and profess their love right there. After a steamy kiss, I’d say, “no no [husband] is the man for me”, and go catch up with my little family. Yeah, I may have thought this through.

    CAMEO ME! I would love gwen stefani & gwen paltrow to stop by my neighborhood and we’d all rock out together and be BFFs. That would be sweet. I guess their kids & hubs can come too.
