Today marks the seven year anniversary of our move to Richmond, VA. Woo hoo! It’s crazy to think that it has been that long, and to celebrate this week’s giveaway is from a city-minded artist: Kimberly of Albie Designs. We’ve had her charming illustration of New York City hanging in our hallway o’ frames for as long as there has been a frame collection there (my sister bought it for Sherry for her birthday a few years back). And now Kimberly has released a Richmond city print.     I LOVE PORTLAND, ME. Growing up in Maine I always thought Portland was boring and couldn’t wait to leave….but moving to Boston made me really appreciate that little seaside city up north!

    I LOVE DC!

    I lived there after college and had such a good time. In the beginning I lived with my grandparents (since my $16,000/yr fellowship didn’t go far) and it was a great way to get to know them better as an adult.

    I LOVE BRISBANE! My husband and I met at university in Brisbane, and it’s where our families live, so it holds a special place in our hearts!

    I also love Melbourne, Australia, where we now live, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where I went to high school.

    I love San Francisco! I spent a long weekend there last year and loved it. So much delicious food and fun places to explore!

    I also love Madrid, and how everyone stays up late and spends so much time outside. Must visit again!

    I LOVE LOS ANGELES!

    My fiancée and I met here, and we’ve made it our home for the last 2.5 years. I’m from a big city (Chicago) and he is from a rural town in New Jersey, so Los Angeles is something we will always have in common – it’s where we fell in love!

    But I also love Columbus (Ohio)! Nomatter where we live that city will always feel like home!

    I LOVE SEATTLE!!! Such a beautiful city! and we don’t have as much rain as everyone thinks – it just makes it so green and clean here! and we have the best summers anywhere in the world!

    “I LOVE CHATTANOOGA” Chattanooga is a great city because it’s big enough to have anything you could want, but small enough to be a wonderfully friendly.

    I Love Seattle!! My husband and I went to college there and have so many great memories.. now that we move around for the military, we don’t get to go back nearly as much as I’d like to!

    I LOVE AUSTIN!
    We moved here in last May and couldn’t be happier! And to think, I could walk to see John and Sherry when they were here, whereas if I had stayed in Indianapolis, I would’ve had a loooooooong trek to any signings!!! :)

    My family went on a vacation there when I was a little girl, and I fell head-over-heels in love with the big city. I spent 4 years of college there and my mom and I spend a girl’s weekend there every fall.
