Since January is often the season of organizing, the folks at DYMO thought they’d help a couple of you amp up your process with a brandspankingnew label maker. But the LabelManager260P isn’t your mom’s label machine. This puppy lets you design labels with a full keyboard, special characters, 3 label sizes, 3 fonts, 6 text styles, and even 8 underlining and framing techniques. So get ready to pimp your “bills” folder or those “recipe” files.
Here are all the entering deets:
- PRIZE: The DYMO LabelManager260P
- TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “LABEL ME!” and…
- BONUS QUESTION: … spill the beans about what “label” you wore (either proudly or shyly) in your high school days. Maybe you were a “band geek” like me or an “art freak” like Sherry?
- GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, January 19th at 8pm EST
- NUMBER OF WINNERS: Two
- PRIZE SHIPS: The United States and Canada, eh!
- USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday morning for the announcement of our winner. Good luck…
******************************
Random.org has chosen our two winners and they are… Jill S. (whose studying obsession made her the flashcard queen in high school) and Angela Tucker (whose husband still gives her grief for being a flag team girl). Congrats!
Note: We weren’t paid or perk’d for hosting this giveaway, we just take them on to reward our lovely readers! See our Giveaway FAQs page for more info. Pics from DYMO.

Label Me!
An O.A. (over achiever), as my group of friends and I were called.
Tiffany says
LABEL ME!
As for a label, I was the jolly green giant. (I’m 6 feet tall and mistakenly wore green tights with a green turtleneck one day. WHAT was I thinking?!).

LABEL ME!
I was 1 out of 13 students in my private school class. There were no “cliques”, but I was labeled as a teachers’ pet, lol!!!
Wil says
LABEL ME!
My high school actually didn’t like labels per se (it had a big arts program… think “Fame”), but I guess I would’ve been the “preppy” guy.
Mindy says
LABEL ME!
I was the smart/jock floater girl (aka I had lot of friends in different circles)!
r8chel says
LABEL ME!
I was the smart, good, quiet, friendly-but-definitely-not-cool girl…
Lea says
LABEL ME!
Ahh the quiet smart girl… those were the days.
Christina C. says
LABEL ME!
A jock, I suppose. A track and cross country jock, but still a jock.
kim d says
Label me!
I was New Wave. I know that is dating myself, but there it is.
Jill says
LABEL ME! High school, mmm, we were the “nobodies”. We weren’t the jocks, the stoners, the nerds. We were the ones that flew under the radar, had friends from different cliques, and could do all the “troublemaker stuff without getting caught”. ;)
Christy Q says
LABEL ME…
geek (according to me); teacher’s pet (according to most of my classmates LOL)
Jes says
LABEL ME!
In the high school days I was labeled the “band geek” and “the cheerleader.” Looking back and growing into myself, I probably should re-label myself as “the follower”
HAHA
Jak says

Elizabeth says
LABEL ME!
I was a bit of everything — sports, academics, social..etc… so I guess it would be sporty, smart girl that likes people….. um, whatever…
Jen says
LABEL ME!
Back in high school I was known as a “hippie chick.” And though I still have a couple of tie-dyes in my drawer and get nostalgic when I hear a Phish song, those days are FAR behind me.:)
Jennifer says
label me:
I was mostly in the performing arts section with choir, although I tried to get along with everyone, but my life was with the singers :) (if we were aloud more electives, I would’ve added art in there)
Shea says
LABEL ME, BABY!
I guess I was one of the “good” girls. I was friendly with everyone though.

I was in high school during the big prep faze in the early 80’s!!!! Everything had to coordinate – right down to the headband, watchband, and purse.
Angie says
LABEL ME!!! I was definitely the straight edge girl
Elise Anderson says
LABEL ME!
I was an all-around geek. Band, choir, annoyingly obsessed with perfection, never invited to a single party. But it’s cool: I’m getting a Ph.D. now, and I spend my days surrounded by alarmingly similar people.
Allison V. says
LABEL ME… a band geek. French horn!
Jeremy says
Label Me!
I wore many labels in high school. I started out as a nerd, running to the school bus as soon as the bell rang. But in 10th grade I joined the Cross Country team, and started playing Ultimate before CC practice. Once that season was over I ran indoor track, then outdoor track, wash, rinse and repeat. I also joined a few clubs, so I don’t know what label I would have had…
Julie J. says
LABEL ME!
I guess I was a bit of a nerd– I always liked getting my work done ahead of time and organizing things… I guess that’s why I am so excited about this label maker ;)

Kelly says
LABEL ME!
Class humorist.
Rachel says
LABEL ME!
I moved to a new (and large) high school when I was a junior. My senior year, since students still didn’t know me, they started calling me Yearbook (and since I was the yearbook editor, I didn’t really mind). I figure being in the land of journalism has paid off since I have a pretty fab job at one of the best publishers!
