FIX ME!
Both of my bathrooms are in dire need of an overhaul! Original to 1974, they sport cream colored vinyl floors with a gold glitter swirl design and matching glitter countertops, complete with the shell shaped sink! Completely encased in wall tile of the same cream and gold speckle, my bathrooms are functional but an eyesore and I dream of dark wood and pristine white surfaces! Thanks for the giveaway!

FIX ME! Our shower head desperately needs replacing.
Jill says
FIX ME!
Please….my bathroom is ancient. A nail helps to hold up the shower curtain on the side, the shower head is coming out of the wall, and the lighting does me no favors (and I’ll take all the help I can get). It needs an overhaul and this would be so helpful!
Christina W. says
FIX ME! All three baths need serious work!
Christy Sallay says
FIX ME!! Sadly my bathroom needs to be gutted as there is some wall damage behind the old yellow tile. It will be nice to have a fresh start though!
tammy says
FIX ME! Gold faucets and Seashell sinks…need I say more? This would be great inspiration to get it done now!
Cindy says
FIX ME!
There is a great need to replace a premolded tub and shower from my guest bath instead of just hiding it.
Stephen says
Fix me! Mine are leaking!
Melissa says
FIX ME!! I have three bathrooms that need new everything…so this would definitely be motivation to start on one!
Becca says

My shower surround tile is AWFUL! I hate it everyday.

FIX ME
I am a recent condo owner who has inherited a bathroom that was probably perfect for the former owner, but is not to my taste. We have already changed out the shower head but have not gotten around to cahnging anything else out. All the fixtures are both gold and silver and not to my taste at all. I would love to update everything in this bathroom!
Emma says
Fix me!! the bathroom configuration is awful! the shower plumbing runs up a wall 9″ from the exterior wall and this wall covers the window somewhat. it’s bad!
Heidi says
FIX ME
All of our bathrooms just have original builder-grade cabinets, sinks and fixtures. I would love to replace them all some day!
Erin says
FIX ME!
We’re in desperate need of a new shower. A new floor wouldn’t hurt either. :)

“FIX ME”
It is hard to pinpoint just ONE part of our bathroom that needs to be upgraded…it pretty much needs a complete overhaul at this point! Please pick me?
Erica says
FIX ME!
Everything in my bathroom needs fixed. The whole thing is one big headache. Top of my list installing a fan! Second is fixtures and new sink.
Jen says
FIX ME!! We moved in to this house last winter and our master bath is desperate for an update. The worst is the cracked grout in the shower causing the backing to swell. Currently it is being sealed with duct tape until we get the funds to make a more permanent fix. Sounds ghetto, but the tape has held up surprisingly well allowing us to save a bit more for a more permanent shower update! Of course we’d also love to replace all of the brass fixtures, the 70’s inspired laminate counters, and awful lighting over the vanities.

FIX ME! I’ve never wanted to win more than today!!!
Our faux marble sinks are cracked & stained. Our leaky faux marble shower is permanently embedded with things I dare not mention. Faux marble everywhere – that’s how long it’s been since our bathroom has been updated(1980)!!! I won’t discuss the brass fixtures ’cause, hey, they’re back in style…
Felicia says
FIX ME…concrete floor because I couldn’t stand looking at that stick down tile one more minute; plastic shower insert because builders forgot to use backerboard behind tile it all fell off once we removed mold ridden sheetrock only had enough $$ to do plastic insert which has cracked and beautifully patched with epoxy to hold up a little longer…..so… ‘ help me Obi wan MOEN your my only hope!’
Fran says
FIX ME! We are about to replace the surround tile, refinish the tub and replace the wall tile with board and batten.
Katie says
FIX ME. Ummm – all of it? Still have the puffy pink tiles my husband’s grandfather installed 50+ years ago, but new fixtures would certainly help!
Michelle says
FIX ME!!! Where to start…I guess the worst part is the cracking tile, oh, and a 4 year old boy who doesn’t have perfect aim. Put those together, and, well, you can figure out how much I love my bathroom lately. Seriously in need of everything. Including a new sink. Builder put this big cabinet in a tiny little bathroom. Totally in the way. Ugh…I could go on, and on. FIX ME!!
carol jane says
“FIX ME” My master bath is 12 years old, with ugly wall paper, ugly acrylic shower enclosure, stained counter tops, outdated builder grade fixtures. So pretty much, everything needs to go. What a great giveaway. I will keep my fingers crossed!!
Taylor says
FIX ME!
I’d have to say the entire master bath needs to be redone! Nightmare!
Erin says
FIX ME!
I was just wrestling with the tub faucet in my kids’ bathroom because the small leak has evolved to a steady stream of water! My husband has already changed the thing-a-ma-jig inside but I guess that didn’t work. Looks like a new spigot and faucet for us. The problem is the tile in the tub surround needs replacing…previous owners painted the grout to hide mildew stains. It needs some major help. One step at
time. Deep breaths….

FIX ME!
My husband and I recently moved into our “new” fixer-upper built in 1959. The master bathroom is in desperate need of rennovations! It has the original (and now dingy, aged, and old) PINK bathtub, toilet, and sink. The tub/shower fixtures are rusty and aged. The original linoleum floor also is ready to retire (yes, it is the 1950/1960s linoleum with gold inlay!). This bathroom is anything but a relaxing oasis to escape for “me” time.
Catherine says
FIX ME!
This would be perfect timing! My husband is demo-ing the old cracked tile in our bathroom ths morning!
Thanks for your great site!
Grace Zegarelli says
FIX ME! My master bath is completely lacking in pretty fixtures. We have standard cheap-o fixtures on top of a white vanity top!
Jayne says
FIX ME!
my vanity is old and yellowed, the vinyl floor is gross, the faucets have mold stains that won’t go away.
YUCK!
Melanie says
FIX ME!
My family just moved into a beautiful old farmhouse that has been redone, except the main bathroom. They did put in nice, new tile, but the vanity and mirror are way outdated and I would love to pull a makeover on that room.
Thanks for the chance!
Valerie G says
FIX ME! Our master bath is just one disaster after another. It has a BLACK sink set in this faux-marble formica countertop (you can only imagine how dirty a black sink looks all of the time after teeth brushing, etc…), wallpaper on the walls that has been painted over and is beginning to peel, and the 12 x 12 tile on the floor is coming up. 4 or 5 tiles are completely loose and all of the grout around them has cracked and come out in bits and pieces. We are desparately saving our money for a total redo in this room.
Thanks!
Mimi says
FIX ME! The most desperate thing in need of an update? There are many nominees in our 70s bathroom, but the winner would be the plastic/chrome accordion style door to get into our tub. I’ve never seen another like it!
Allie Wachter says
FIX ME!
We’re almost done renovating our house, and the only thing left is our bathroom! It was last renovated in the 90s so it needs an overhaul! The current fixtures are starting to corrode, we can’t wait to update this!
Lindsey H. says
FIX ME! Our bath is in major need of a re-do! This would help a lot!!
Amy says
FIX ME! Well, we are in a rental, so we would have to put these away for a future fixer-upper of our very own!
Brian says
FIX ME! My wife’s bathroom is in need of a complete overhaul. It has the original tub, toilet and sink from the late 50s (a lovely pink color), and while the fixtures aren’t that old, they are in desperate need of improvement as well. This would give us a great start on getting everything replaced.
Karen says
Would love to replace my tiny toilet with a larger elongated one.
Linda says
FIX ME!!!!
Our guest bath (that my husband uses), has an usually small toilet. I thought toilets were standard size – but this thing is short and narrow. (?) He needs a new potty big time.
Lisa says
FIX ME!
As luck would have it, it is our 80’s tacky brassy plumbing fixtures that are all rubbing off and developing an uncharacteristic green patina!
Stacy says
fix me!
My bathroom floors look awful. The type of tile the previous owners installed always looks dirty, no matter how often you wash them. And to make things even better they installed the same tile in our kitchen. Love it.
Melissa says
Fix me!
We are buying a late-1980’s house that is in dire need of a renovation. We are expecting a baby girl in November and shopping for fixtures is not a priority right now. This would be great!
Nancy Downard says
FIX ME! Our bathroom is in need of a total remodel, the tub is the worst part the walls of it have bubbles under them and it looks like its gonna cave in!
Shannah @ Just Us Four says
FIX ME! We are still dealing with shiny brass fixtures in our bathroom. Definitely in need of a major update.
Renee says
FIX ME!
I have mint green and black tile with built in black soap dishes a la 1955! It is horrendous, oh…and my shower faucet doesn’t work
Kelly says
Fix me, please! Currently renovating two bathrooms and feeling the financial crunch!
Karen says
FIX ME! Would love to be able to replace our tiny toilet with a larger elongated one!
Lauren M says
Fix Me! Our tiny master bath could use a major overhaul. All original baby blue tile and blue toilet from the late 60s. Shower has all tiny white tiles that are cracked. Oh, the work that needs to be done. What an awesome giveaway!
Joe Downard says
FIX ME! I think the worst thing in our bathroom is the sink, its so small and it seems the counter around it is a catchall because theres no other storage space!
Kelly says
“FIX ME” We just moved into a new rental, and I would love to replace all the yucky builder grade faucets!
