My little family (husband, toddler and baby on the way) is about to move into my mom’s house (she’s having a hard time since my dad died) and they hadn’t updated ANYTHING in the house since they moved in… 27 years ago. We have big plans to update what we can afford and the bathrooms are the first rooms to get a facelift.

FIX ME!!
My master bath is in desperate need of a facelift. I’m not sure what I hate more: the green faux marble counter top, the non functional vanity, or the grungy shower doors that never look clean-even when I scrub with bleach!

FIX ME!
Oh man, my entire upstairs bathroom! We re-did the downstairs (guest) bathroom when we redid our pantry in late 2010/early 2011), which is nice because it’s now actually usable and all, but our bathroom upstairs is just old and pretty disgusting. The two things that bother me most? The toilet is RIGHT in front of the door so you actually have to step OVER it in order to get into the bathroom and the tub/tile area is just so old that no matter how many times we clean it/re-grout it, in just a few days it’s covered with mildew. This, of course, is not only incredibly gross, but has us worried about the state of the wall behind all that tile (and I’m wondering how much mold we’re breathing in?) Point being: this bathroom is next on our list!

FIX ME!!! My mom pulled off our cute whale tub faucet gaurd and cracked off the the shower damper. So now water sprays out of the top of the faucet!
Meredith says
FIX ME!
Our shower is so small. We looked into doing a remodel but it’s just going to be too much money. Aside from that the whole bathroom is just builder basic boring.
Lauren says
fix me!
my bathroom has 1970’s gold EVERYTHING!
Tiffany says
FIX ME pretty please and fulfill my potential! Our master bath was built in the 1990s but styled straight out of the 80s! We’re talking terrible tile, shiny fixtures and vanity lights that are oh so tacky and now aren’t even working!this would help us start the Reno so hubby doesn’t keep throwing out “let’s put neon on the walls and roll with it!”

FIX ME –
We are getting ready to start a total makeover for our first floor bathroom. It has a too small shower (you can barely turn in), brass fixtures and a terrible layout. We are taking it all down to the studs and doing a complete overhaul! I can’t wait and these would look great in the new space!

FIX ME!! We have lived in our home for 7 years now and Updates happen very slowly around here. We have an attached bath in our master bedroom and it would be wonderful to make some updates in there. Right now we don’t have a working vent fan in there so we take showers with the door open. It would relieve a lot of stress to have SOMETHING updated in our bathroom! It may even give me some inspiration, so I can decide on a paint color!
Julie says
Fix me please! From the ghetto gold fixtures to the cracked tile our one and only bathroom is desperate for some attention.
Diane says
FIX ME! We could use some new doors on our shower.
Brooke says
FIX ME!
We recently moved and the bathroom fixtures are definitely not our style- two tone gold and silver. They seriously need an update!
Crystal says
Fix Me…everything but our toilet needs replaced. From the cracked and stained tiles to the leaky faucets – it’s a mess. To top things off, it’s our only bathroom. New fixtures would give us the momentum to tackle the last room on our project list :)

FIX ME!!!
our bathroom is in great need of new tile…and new fixtures would be the icing on the cake!
Janet says
Fix Me! Just in time…we have gutted our master bathroom down to the studs and are in need of some goodies. A fresh update would be most welcomed!!!
Tyesha says
FIX ME! My master bath is just builder’s grade…I would love to add anew vanity, a tile shower, and new fixtures!
Laura says
FIX ME! My bathroom desperately needs another sink.
Rachel says
FIX ME!
Our ENTIRE bathroom is in need of fixing. Not just sprucing up either, fixing. The shower is probably six square feet and is covered in hard water deposits, the vanity is too short and water from the faucet squirts all over, two entire walls are mirrors (gross in the bathroom, right?), the giant bathtub has jets but the water lines always excrete flaky black stuff, and the toilet smells! The floors and walls are far from pleasant also. Hmm…what I would do if we won this fab freebie… :)
Wagner says
FIX ME! My bathroom needs to have the bidet removed. It just takes up so much room
Christie says
Fix me!
Mirror needs to be framed (chipped around edges) AND leaky faucet : /
Lindsey says
FIX ME! My bathroom is just ‘blah’ compared to the rest of the house – builder grade everything, and whoever originally owned the place decided to use off an off-white toilet and shower- it always looks dirty, even when sparkling clean! I would love to redo the bathroom with your help.
Emily M says
FIX ME! It’s hard to pick just one thing, because EVERYTHING in my bathroom needs an update! :P But the tub is probably #1 on my list :)
Jo @ Let's Face the Music says
My one and only full bathroom in the house is PINK TILE. I hate it even more because it needs to be regrouted. New fixtures would make me a happy girl. Jo @ Let’s Face the Music
Lara says
FIX ME! Well everything could be updated in our main bathroom, but especially the floor with all its cracked tiles. We have been putting that off though until we are ready to replace the sink so winning this would really help!
Janine Williams says
FIX ME- we currently live in a rental and would loooove to update our fixtures. Other than paint and accessories- it’s all we can change and has such a huge impact!
Christie says
Fix me!
A mirror chipped around the edges I’d like to frame and a leaky faucet.
Christine says
“fix me!”
Brett says
FIX ME! The previous owner put in this hideous beige colored tub and shower surround. Luckily we’ve been able to replace the matching sink and toilet but have been saving up for a nice new tub with jets :)
Brandy says
FIX ME!!
Everything in my bathroom is basic builder grade and not cute. yuck!
Ashleigh M says
FIX ME! The mirror in my bathroom is so old that it warps your reflection at certain angles and distances. It definitely needs an update!
Emily says
Fix me! Our master bath is builder blah and is in serious need of some upgrading!
Mayan says
Fix me, please!
The finishings in our master bath need desperate updating. We have all of the usual suspects from early 90’s home construction: large, unframed mirror (which is peeling on one corner), light fixture with 10? exposed bulbs, and an ugly cream countertop. Updating them will be our next project!
Patti Petkosek says
FIX ME!! Our guest bathroom has the original fixtures from 1968 ~ including a lower cabinet with no shelves and sliding doors that come off their tracks or pinch your fingers everytime it’s opened. The mirror/medicine cabinet is a scary sight. The inside of the cabinet was lined with a ’70s contact paper. It’s so hideous. What a relief it would be to have new items in there for our guests.
Katy says
FIX ME! Our bathroom needs an entire upgrade. Slowly but surely, we’ve been working towards it!
Amanda says
Fix Me! Our bathroom vanity is desperate need of an update.
Liz says
Fix me! (please)
Claire says
FIX ME :)
The poor little hall bathroom that could. If the “patina” on the mirror would have been better placed then it wouldn’t look so bad, but it does. Its a mirror/medicine cabinet combo with vanity lights that are practically resting on top of it. The tile in the shower needs a finishing edge and the shower head could use a facelift too. Oh and the original 1950’s door has a half-inch gap on one side when closed, so sounds are allowed to echo through the hallway. It needs a little love. Thanks!!!
Elaine says
We are building a new home and would love to win!!!
Jill says
Fix Me! Our Master Bathroom is in real need of a fix up, I hate the current vanity and faucet. I love these designs and think that any one of them would be a great kickstart to a bath redo project.
Barbra says
FIX ME
My bathroom desperately needs new flooring since it currently has old carpeting!
Jolene Hanson says
I need everything fixed: the sink, bath tub, toilet floors are a ll throwback to the 70’s! Help us!
Andy F. says
FIX ME, PLEASE!! We need to a new bathroom floor. Ours is the original classy 1952 tile. You can hear the tile cracking as you walk across it. We also need a ventilation fan to help breakup the mildew that continues to come back. Thanks for all of your great ideas! Our penny tile back splash looks dashing in our kitchen!
April says
FIX ME! We’re just about to purchase a new home and the master bath needs some serious TLC!
Stacey says
FIX ME! Our bathroom shower tile & fixtures need a lot of well “love”… This would be an awesome start to our planned updates! :)
Sarah Biddle says
Fix me please! Our guest room bathroom needs a rehaul… The fiberglass shower is discolored, it needs to be recaulked, the vanity is dated and the porous material under the sink is ruined from years of water leaks (before we bought the house last year). All the fixtures are dated and banged up, so we’d love to replace them!!
Tamara day says
Fix me please! My drippy tub in making me nutty!
hilary says
Fix me!
Everything in our 1958 bathroom needs fixing! We’re saving our pennies and coming up with a master plan to renovate because it will need to happen fast once we start…we only have one bathroom in our house!
TammyLee says
“FIX ME”
want more than need to update a bathroom we remodeled 7 years ago, you know just a freshen up kind a thing
Cheryl B. says
FIX ME…we just redid our master bathroom so that is okay, but in the other two bathrooms we have these 12 inch square shiny white tiles. Not only do they show ever hair but they are so slippery.
Shayli says
Fix ME!!!!! My shower head is awful, it barely sprays enough water to cover one person. There is also no storage in my bathroom which creates quuite the problem when its the only bathroom in the house!
