Oof–the bathroom has a wooden toilet seat. ’nuff said.

Oh, how ever do I choose? From the tiny brass shower stall and brass tub spout to ugly cracked white tile, the likely winner is the shell-shaped dual sink set!

Just moved into an 80s home. I have a bathroom with puke pink tile and counters with some crusty old faucets! I would love and appreciate a new faucet. Thanks.

Everything in our bathrooms needs to be redone. It’d be nice if the one upstairs worked at all…

OMG – so much is in need of fixing I dont even know where to start?! But yes, I have a leaky faucet, broken vanity door, terrible shower head and wobbly towel bars! My bathroom is a disaster I could sooooo use this give away! :)
Leslie says
FIX ME!
Our downstairs bath needs some help. It’s small and narrow with three different kind of tile all trying to work together – and sorry to tell them, it’s just not working. Plus the vanity and large sink make the whole thing seem even smaller. Definitely need to freshen it up!
Nicole says
Fix me! My half bath is in desperate need of a mirror that I can see into…the old owners must have been super tall because medicine cabinet/mirror hangs really high on the wall! I want to move the mirror from my hall bath into the half bath, then install a new cabinet in the hall. Just need to talk the hubs into it someday soon…
Hillary says
Fix me! We gutted our avocado green guest bath after finding out the shower pan was cracked and could use some fixture inspiration to inspire out tile selection!
Rachel says
FIX ME! Oh, this is perfect timing! We met with a contractor last week and received a quote for bathroom remodel yesterday (Monday)!
We have a tile issue in the shower. The grout has given out and the tiles are loose. I’m scared of what’s happening behind there.
We’ll be ripping that out, putting in a glass enclosure, adding wainscotting and other woodwork, adding a stone top to the tube, and updating paint, molding, etc.

Fix me! My bathroom is 21years old and showing every crack,er, year! It needs a complete overhaul and winning would help SO much. Great giveaway!

Fix me! Our house was built in 1923 and we have been painstakingly restoring the bathrooms. The most egregious was the teeny tiny half bathroom carved out of a small coat closet on the first floor. You could literally sit on the toilet and do everything (wash hands, turn on the light, shut and open the door). God help the person would who walk throught the exterior door into that hallway while a man was using the restroom…cause there was certainly no room to stand in there with the door closed! Needless to say, I was not okay with doing your business in the closet, so that bathroom was one of the first things we gutted (and moved to a better location!)
Helena says
Fix me! Our bathroom shows all of its true colors, literally! There are signs of change from many poorly done paint jobs over the previous years, including different shades of purples and yellows…along the corners and the celling, inside the peeling door frame. The door was never even painted, (obviously it was replaced somewhat recently) the tiles on the wall don’t match the the tiles on the floor, and all the fixtures are brass, (except for the doorknob, of course). Instead of feeling refreshed after my morning shower, I feel… confused. Yes. We have some fixing to do around here.

FIX ME! We moved in a new, old house about a year ago so everything needs to be updated. This would be very, very helpful!
Courtney Leigh says
FIX ME!
Everything is all 3 bathrooms is just depressing… No, I take that back. The ORB handle on the master toilet is nice. It’d be nicer still if the other hardware matched!
Alicia South says
FIX ME! My parents are in the midst of remodeling their bedroom and bath. What a great gift for them for their recent anniversary!
Stacey says
Fix me, please! My husband and I just bought our new home and this is a need in our new master bath!
Betsie says
FIX ME!!!! Our entire upstairs bathroom is in need of a makeover. Actually, a gutting is more in order. It’s all original to our 1967 colonial and it’s all falling apart. I’m dreaming of a clawfoot tub, sleek new toilet and a pedestal sink.
Jos says
FIX ME!
my bathroom is in serious need of an update. i would love to get rid of the yellow-y countertops and replace the mirror.
tami says
fix me! our bathroom needs quite a bit of work – we need a new cabinet for storage, we need to remove the sliding doors on the tub and replace it with a curtain and we need a new medicine cabinet and mirror since ours just sort of… fell off! oh and we need to paint, oh and goodness knows what else. pick me! :)
Dani says
FIX ME
Pretty much all of your examples are true of our downstairs half-bath! The rest are nice, but that one needs a complete makeover!
Ally says
FIX ME! Our bathroom could really benefit from new fixtures, just the kind of small makeover that would make a huge difference.
Pamela Heller says
FIX ME!!
We are right in the middle of re-doing out upstairs bathroom and it is not going very well. We hired a contractor, who has done an awful job. Although we love DIY, we knew we did not have the time or know-how to take on the project, but now I wish we had just tried because we would have done a much better job.
Erin says
Fix me! :)
All three of our bathrooms haven’t seen an update since 1992. All three of them have horrible fixtures, and our master bath has a broken shower. We improvised and make it work but we are in desperate need of a fix and no funds to do it right now! :( Love this!! You guys rock! [email protected]

Kristen says
Fix me please!
My fixtures are ALL icky!!
Kirsten says
Fix me! My upstairs bathroom is very old. We really need new everything, but the worst is the old yellow cracked, ceramic tiles that line the walls. Bonus, is the large hole in the wall where the previous owner was going to,….? We don’t know.
Abby says
FIX ME! The bathroom is pink and white, and worst of all, our bathroom ceiling has mould growing.
Jenny davis says
Fix me!! We need an entire re-model in the guest bath. This will get us started!!
Samantha says
FIX ME!!
Our bathroom has too big lights on either side of a too small, generic mirror. And, it has no fan or vent!
Trina says
FIX ME! The two upstairs bathrooms still have their original fixtures from ’79 (gold fixtures and rose tiles), but the scariest is the DIY-ed basement bathroom that features carpet–up the wall!
hianna s. says
FIX ME! Closing on a new home in about a month, and the master bath lacks a shower/tub to begin with! since we’re going to be reno-ing, we could certainly spare the cost of the shower/fixtures!
Esme says
FIX ME! :) Well right now our master bathroom is just drywall.. so pretty much everything is in need of updating!
Rachel says
FIX ME! Our mirror and lightling in the bathroom needs updated badly! The mirror is just a slab that was stuck up there with no real detail, ugh!
Whitney says
FIX ME! My entire master bathroom has to be completely ripped out and renovated. The shower is in the worst shape!
Amy says
Fix me! We have a small powder room with vintage aqua fixtures that have done their duty and are ready for retirement :)
Kate says
FIX ME!
Our bathrooms aren’t bad, but they’re also not good. They just need a bit of sprucing up!
Lindley says
FIX ME! We have been in our renovated home for 5 years, but the bathroom was not touched. It still has the complexion- UNfriendly, vintage sea-foam green tile and tub, linoleum floor and we just found a leak in the tub, making it’s way down to the basement! HELP!!!
Kristin E. says
fix me!
Shelley M. says
FIX ME! Our bathroom taps need an emergency fix. The hot and cold water knobs were put on the wrong water lines, so when you turn the “hot water” tap on, cold water comes out and vice versa. Plus! You can’t turn the water on too much or else, water comes spraying out from every possible direction. You are basically getting an upper body shower, instead of what should be a simple hand wash.
BONUS! The most DESPERATE need for an update, eh? Where do I even start…I would have to say our mismatched, cracked bathroom tiles. While it does give our bathroom that Renaissance look, I would prefer to get with the times and rip them all out so that we could have one-uniform and modern look.
Abigail says
Fix Me! I would love to update most anything in my bathroom… the mineral crusted shower, the laminate vanity, the yellowing linoleum… the possibilities are endless!
Krystyn says
Fix me!
We just remodeled our master bath and now our guest bath is begging for a makeover just as fabulous.
Jessica says
FIX ME!
Okay, everyone, I need you to hear this… My bathroom is original to my house (built in 1951). It has pink and maroon tile, and aqua tub, sink and toilet. Now what about that sounds like it needs an update to you!?!
Claire says
FIX ME!
We still have the old 70’s wallpaper in our bathroom from the previous owners. The whole room definitely needs refreshing, and once that wallpaper comes down, the Boardwalk collection would be a great way to make it shine!
Brian T says
FIX ME! The tiling in my shower is in need an upgrade.
Jan says
Fix Me. The fixtures!! We have replaced some but not all and the house was built 20 years ago.
Katy says
FIX ME!
The caulking in the main bathtub is so gross. We replace it every couple months, but it’s still nasty.
