That’s a grand total of up to $1,600 in prizes. I’d say one of you is about to clean up real nice.

Our vanity(s) are straigh outta the 70’s!!
Kristie C says
Fix me please! The vanity in my hall bath (the one 30 year old one my 2 year old broke the doors off of) makes me want to puke. Also the fixtures are the cheap and our bathtub & sink are both missing their drain stops. It drives me nuts.
Rebecca Nepomnaschy says
FIX ME!!
Our sink faucet is loosey-goosey (and just plain old) and our shower head is leaky.
Matt S says
Fix me! We moved into a new house in April, and the downstairs bathroom needs help: nasty old vanity, horrible brass towel bars and toilet roll holder, and a toilet that smells of b.o. (seriously! I don’t understand it!).
Kelsey M. says
FIX ME! I have one bathroom and it’s got no personality and none of the hardware matches in there.
Meghan says
FIX ME!
Our bathroom has the style and taste of the previous owners and it is definitely not us at all! It’s not horrible but we always feel like we are in someone else’s bathroom. We love the Boardwalk style!
Katie says
FIX ME!!! right now the updating is taking a back seat to a leak in WC…seems one of the pipes that feed into the toilet has been leaking for Lord only knows how long and we’ve got a good amount of water damage to contend with…maybe that will equal out to a new master bath?
Rachel Palmer says
FIX ME!!! No joke our bathroom looks like it belongs in an old prison movie! It’s next on our remodel list and this prize would be perfect!!!

We are about to start finishing the roughed in bathroom downstairs!
Jessica says
Fix me!! Our bathroom is in need of many things. For one, a larger shower, my 6’4″ husband has to shower in the hall bath bc the glass box shower is to small for him. Second, it is in need of new faucets (gaudy gold is not really our thing) and a new mirror (again with the gaudy gold trim). Third, a new counter would be great but that could stand to wait awhile. And lastly a tub that someone other than a child could take a bath in. Maybe the people who lived in our house before we really short people??
Laura S says
FIX ME! The bathroom in my home’s basement is terrible. For some reason is has two closet like rooms which each contain a toilet and sink. Plus there is small plastic shower in the middle of the opposite wall (so that you can still open the door and access the window). It really needs to be gutted and redone.

All of our bathrooms need vanity makeovers – the previous owners did a very quick one coat paint over the last color including painting the hinges…..cringe!

Our biggest problem is we have a epic long countertop with a sink squished on the far side. So our bathroom is almost entirely old, old, old, old laminate countertop. We don’t have the budget to rearrange the bathrom/add another sink (our home is older, so any changes turn into big dollar projects when you have to bring everything up to newer codes). So, updating all of the other finishes with super fabulous fixtures should allow the countertops to stop stealing all the attention.

The vanity has sticky drawers and cabinets. The bathroom would be a lot more functional if they would open!

The worst thing in the whole house is our avocado green toilet, sink and bathtub. I hate them but my husband loves them, so we live with it…for now.
Amy Stuart says
FIX ME! Our master bath is original 1957. Love the herringbone black and white floor tile, hate the fixtures and peeling paint in the shower stall. Arg.
Chase says
FIX ME! Oh my, the guest bathroom counter/sink is TERRIBLE! if you turn the sink on, the shallow shell sink well shoot the water nicely onto the crotch of your pants. A new faucet will help me get started on a re-model:)

my entire bathroom. It is cheap plastic and linoleum. Ick.

FIX ME! – this nasty old, non-functional skylight.

Fix me! We need new fixtures! Just can do the gold thing. Thanks so much :)
Cynthia F. says
FIX ME!! We have been fixing up our bathroom little by little, painting the walls, adding a functional (but not so pretty) low flow shower head, new shower curtain, replacing the toilet, painting the vanity, organizing the closet…etc. New fixtures would be just the finishing touch we need.

where do i start?! our house was built in 1933 and the previous owner updated the plumbing before we bought the house 2 years ago. that’s the good news. but he left us with plywood covered holes in the walls, a blue (!) sink, exposed wiring in the ceiling and wallpaper that would give you vertigo. a bathroom facelift would be a thrill!
Kim says
Fix Me! We recently bought our first house and all three bathrooms need some TLC. We’ve got a crazy mix of floral wallpaper, hunter green tile, old faucets, and white wicker shelves on the wall. Help! :)

We just bought a house and both bathrooms are in need of being totally gutted and replaced, so this would be awesome.
Mia Sorensen says
FIX ME! We bought a 1950s estate home last year and our loo still screams old lady! Right down to the brown mottled wallpaper, thigh high pressboard vanity, acrylic sink and icky 1980s tile with the brown grout falling out. We’re planning the renovation for October, so this is perfect! I just found out I have cancer so at this point, anything not to derail my home space plans would be a joy!
Barbara says
Fix me please…need new fixtures for my bathroom ASAP!!
Love your website. Tks.
Charli says
Fix me! Pleeease fix me! The best word I can come up with to describe the shower in our bathroom would be “vestibule” . I’m scared to go in it to even clean it. I seriously have my doubts that one could actually shower in it. It’s one of those ” space saving” varieties that is a quarter of a circle.

My showerhead and faucets are builder grade and ugly and need updating!
Laurie says
Fix me, baby! Where do I begin . . . In my bathroom, if you must sit on the toilet and you have legs, your knees smack on the bathtub. The shower head is original, dainty, and frequently gets all wonky and sprays erratically all over the bathroom. Is that enough? . . . The tile is golden speckled, and there are sad, stenciled sunflowers along the trim. Shiver.

Hey Guys! Love your blog and I’m a first time commentor!! Your giveaway drew me out of my shell!! We moved into our home in January and are no where near as handy as you guys, boy do I wish we were! Our master bath is about 3 x 3, not literally but when you walk in it feels it! You are greeted by the nean blue tile on the floor, obviously painted tile half way up the walls, original (1960’s) toilet paper holder, towel holder, toothbrush and cup holders, and our beautifully updated mexican bowl sink!! In what universe does a mexican bowl sink go with 60’s decor?!!?! Beats Me!!
I love the modern and sleek fixtures available now and the ones you have listed are beautiful! We’re about to have our first baby (yay!) and a little help on the updates would be amazing and would probably be a little nudge to my hubby to get something started!!

We’re are in the planning stages of a masterbath overhaul so this couldn’t have been a better time to discuss new fixtures! I love the Moen fixtures and would really like to replace the ones we have in the overhaul. Working ona budget, we’re going for the “must do” first: new tile (floors & backsplash), light fixtures, vanity, paint and mirror trim. I would love to add all these fixtures to the overhaul! I love your blog and use it as inspiration for my DIY projects… thanks! :)

FIX ME- I like our original 1940’s tub because it has some cool detail on the side, but everything else in my bathroom needs to go. Would love a free upgraded fixture!

FIX ME!!!!!!
My (unupdated) 1971 bathroom is in need of just about everything. Most importantly, the sage green mock granite counter tops NEED to go, along with the cracked sink, & leaky faucets. Like I said, EVERYTHING MUST GO!
Emmy says
FIX ME PLEASE !! What’s wrong with our bathroom you ask? Well, just about everything. It has not been updated since the 80s! For starters, the shower is an insert which is cracked and our sink is in an oversized cabinet which takes up tons of space. We are in the process of hiring a contractor to help us tackle this Reno mess and new fixtures would be FABULOUS to help get this room up to date.

We just accepted the bank’s counter offer on a house. As long as everything goes well we will be the proud owners of our very first house. But the house comes with one scary, out-dated bathroom. The walls of the shower have wood siding on them and shower head is missing. The walls of the rest of the bathroom have floral wallpaper and 50’s pink & black tile. We’ve got quite a bit of work ahead of us. But I’m so excited!
Nicole says
FIX ME! It’s a toss up between my avocado green fiberglass tub and toilet and my powder blue fiberglass tub and toilet. The rest of the house is totally updated, so when people walk into either of those 2 baths, they’re like “whoa.”

FIX ME!!!
My wife and I just bought a new home (to us) and one of the bathrooms is HORRIBLE! It has a mocha and chocolate mosaic tile in the shower and on the floor, with a matching “dirty yellow” tub. It makes me want to vomit….as it acutally looks like vomit.
We have been wanting to redo it since the day we saw it, but the fixtures are the most expensive part, so it still sits incomplete. This would make our day if we won!
Please pick us, and help me be no longer sick to my stomach from this hideous joke of a bathroom!

Roberta says
FIX ME…..we just recently moved and while all the bathrooms need updating the guest bathroom needs it the most! First, the red linoleum vanity has got to go! And second, the 1970s medicine cabinet needs replacing! All these fun new accessories would definitely help us get started!
