FIX ME! Our entire bathroom is dated but the worst part is the tiny fiberglass shower that is so stained and sad looking. Dreaming of a bathroom remodel!
Matt says
FIX ME! What doesn’t need to be upgraded in the downstairs full bath? Plus this would help us tackle other projects sooner – Thanks
erica says
Fix me please!
Our bathroom is the original from the 1950s and not in the cool vintage way. The tiles are pink and black, the tub and toilet are pink and the previous owner had the genius idea of pasting gold wallpaper over some of the black tiles. Can’t wait to redo the entire bathroom. I would love to win one of these awesome fixtures.

FIX ME please!
Our bathroom has old, peeling wallpaper on the walls. Icky! I don’t want to know what we’ll find when it gets stripped off!
Catherine M. says
FIX ME! Oh my, the tile – definitely the tile!!

FIX ME!
We live in a 2-flat built in 1901. Our bathroom sink is original to the structure with separate taps for hot and cold water. It is in horrible shape-HELP!!!!
Lisa Leigh says
FIX ME!
We need new shower stall doors. When my sweet husband installed the new ones, he got glue on the metal trim and when he tried to clean it off, it turned black. Yuck!
Donna @ My Sweet Things says
Fix Me!! My shower tiles are mauve and cracked. Mauve tiles. Enough said!
Trish says
FIX ME!! I have a cantankerous cold water nozzle on my shower that doesn’t even work. I could really use a shower that isn’t scalding! HELP!
Karla Fiske says
Fix me, por favor!
Man, the previous owners did less than nothing, so we need to update almost all the fixtures!
Suze says
FIX ME!!
We just bought a 1940’s house, so everything in the bathroom could use some updates and de-rustification. In particular, the bathtub faucet and knobs, and shower head. And there’s no shower rod, so having one would be fab! Thanks for the giveaway :)

Fix me! Please help!

FIX ME!
Our crummy bathroom is icky! We need faucets and alotta help!
Paula says
FIX ME!! PLEASE. I need to win this to update my master bath, my guest bath, my girls’ bath — it will be hard to decide……
Laura says
Fix Me!… please!
Our only bathroom is in desperate need for everything new. The bathroom was probably update in the last 10 to 15 years but everything was done so cheap that it is falling apart. The vanity doors and drawers are all crooked, we have a pvc pipe towel bar (I know so cool right), and there is a funny musty smell in the bathroom after someone showers… however, despite the terrible shape of the bathroom it isn’t as bad as the kitchen; that must come first!
Whitney says
Fix me, please!
My partner and I bought our first home in January, and the bathroom is…how shall I put this…ghastly. Off-white and darkest-haunted-forest-green tile, a busted vanity featuring two-toned gold and silver hardware (with matching hardware throughout), and a tub with oddly-located low spots where the water never quite drains out. I’m in grad school, so a bathroom renovation is currently nowhere in sight; a super-sweet new set of hardware would be a great jumpstart!
Cat Conwell says
Fix ME!!
Our bathrooms are builder-grade basic! Lots of faux-crystal faucets, hollywood vanity lights, etc. We’re hoping to tackle one thing at a time, and someday pull out one of the baths to renovate it to a full walk-in shower!
Jean Parker says
Fix me! My basement bathroom needs help!
MaryCarol says
FIX ME! My bathroom is ug-ley, with a capital U!
Veronica says
Fix Me!! My husband is a former college football player, and our shower area is not “big man” friendly. The shower head is too short, and the tub is too small. Plus there is a lot of wasted space. We would love to update this space!
Cheryl says
FIX ME!!!
We’re in the process of buying a bathroom with blue wallpaper covered in large pink flowers, brown vinyl (?) flooring that’s lifting up along the seams, golden globed swag light fixtures, no shower, leaky faucets and no hot water in one of the sinks. I can’t wait to get my hands dirty and yank it into this millenium.
Roz says
FIX ME!
We just moved into a 70’s ranch and have yet to tackle the bathrooms! Hanging antique brass finishes and floral wallpaper are abundant in both full bathrooms. They are in need of some modern touches!
Cathy says
FIX ME PLEASE!! My master bath is a total mess. The wallpaper is peeling off, the sink leaks and we have a towel underneath to keep it from getting everything wet. The toilet seat shifts from side to side and the shower has a lot of mold! YUCK!!!!! We need to strip and redo the whole thing! It’s disgusting!!!!
Amy says
Fix me!!!! Please, pretty please! Our 1960s bathroom went through a terrible remodel at some point prior to us moving in. The shower was reglazed from a dingy gray to a neutral white. While that doesn’t sound bad, its when you discover that the glaze is peeling!, that you get grossed out. Add in a tile floor that slopes, a toilet incorrectly installed, and a laminate covered vanity (also peeling) and any honest, experienced DIY’er would run.
Jackelyn says
Fix me! The faucet in our guest bathroom shower is so tough that you have to stand in the shower, brace yourself, and pull back with all your might. Turning it off is no easier…not so welcoming :)
Jane B says
FIX ME!
Shower head and faucets on guest bathroom is so old that my heart aches when I see it. And the vanity area makes you cry, but it has a much better natural light then our master bath so I like to get ready for work on that bathroom. It needs so much love.
Lauren says
FIX ME!!
There’s not one thing in our bathroom that’s terribly bad. Overall, we just need a little refresh so this would be perfect.
Kacie says
FIX ME!! My whole bathroom is a disaster! From the peeling tile floor to the unframed mirror on the wall…the whole tiny room needs an update :)
Becca snook says
Fix me! I think anything is an upgrade to the fish shower head that we bought for the kids lol
Angela says
FIX ME!
Please! We’ve been in this house four years and our bathroom has not been updated at all since it was built in 1992. I have shiny brass EVERYWHERE. The tiles are beginning to crack and I absolutely can’t stand to be in the space longer than necessary. I do my bizness and get the heck out! This would be just the thing we need to get my hubs on board with a bathroom makeover!
Anne L. says
FIX ME! Pink carpet in bathroom?! Nasty!
Ann Marie says
FIX ME!!!
It all needs an update, but the worst offender is the shower door – someone thought it would be a great idea to install a GOLD shower door on the tub with a shower curtain over it (?). They also failed to seal it properly, so it leaks something awful! *sigh* It’s on “The List”.
Jodi says
FIX ME!
We recently gutted our 1868 Italianate-style farmhouse…so I currently have 3.5 bathrooms that the walls are just framed in…no drywall yet. Starting from scratch!
Tina says
FIX ME!
We have a leaky tub that I would love to replace!
Carrie says
FIX ME!!
The baby blue sink and toilet in our master bath were in style when the house was built, but not so much now. We are renovating the bath for a complete style upgrade. So exciting!
beth says
Fix me! The fact that our sink is blue should be worry enough… .
Lindsay says
FIX ME!! Our basement bathroom needs a whole lotta love. I dream of tearing out the (broken) steam shower and making it a big, beautiful spa-like space. Ahhhhh…
Hailey says
FIX ME! The thing that needs fixed the most in our bathroom is the shower stall. The tub was replaced, but the shower stall was not which means our tub is white and shower stall is off white making it look like it is always dirty.
Kate says
FIX ME!
One of our bathrooms has a ton of knotty pine cabinets (as in, I am completely out of things to store in my bathroom and wonder how weird it would be to put canned goods in there, or tools…).
It could certainly benefit from a fixture upgrade!
Michelle says
FIX ME! Our bathroom needs a serious upgrade. We have 3 girls and one sink, you do the math! Would love one more sink … !
Kim N. says
FIX ME!
This is so awesome that you posted this today!! We just demo’d our bathroom this past weekend! We are basically tired of sharing a bathroom with our children (especially since they do not get the concept of knocking) so we are splitting our bathroom in two. This could not come at a better time! :)
heather f says
Fix me!
we tried to repurpose a bathroom vanity by painting it black. I don’t think we either used enough primer or did enough sanding. it looks like poo and the sink drain is all discolored. not a nice visual!!!
Kelley says
Fix me! My entire master half bath needs help, from the lackluster linoleum floor to the dated maroon and white wall tile to the stained medicine cabinet mirror (that makes me look like I have mascara dripping down my face when I absolutely do not!)
Kathryn says
Fix me! Please. My old 1980’s mauve bathroom sink! Uggggggggggg
Jessica says
FIX ME! My glass shower door broke a while ago and I’ve been using a shower curtain on a tension rode as a “temporary” fix…yeah, that was over a year ago!
Liz P. says
Fix me! I’m not sure what needs to be updated more… the gold tile from the 70s or the fact that our walls are covered in scrap wood (someone tried to do homemade wood panels???).
amy says
fix me please! I’d love to get a new light fixture! We have the row of exposed circular bulbs across the top of the mirror in the house we just bought.
Allison says
Fix me! The whole bathroom needs an update! We’ve got a 1920 Chicago bungalow with original subway tiles in the bathroom but they are on their last legs. :(
Kelly says

I need to get rid of the carpet in my master bathroom and kids bath. Who decided it was a good idea to build homes with carpet n the bathrooms?! Yuck!
Lorianny says
FIX ME!!!
I have actually been meaning to change out the two faucets and the shower head in the middle bathroom. This would be really awesome to win!!
