Y’all have heard of a little thing called Pantone, right? Well the folks who declared Emerald the color of the year have a slew of color experts who have also inspired a line of paint. And our bloggy friend/decorative painter Kristen clued us into MyColor inspired by Pantone – which is a series of project-sized paints for furniture, accessories, walls and beyond. In addition to the cool clear packaging, these quarts of eggshell paint (which are sold online and at Lowe’s) are ultra low VOC, stain blocking, and self priming. And one of you is gonna get EIGHT quarts in any of their 49 paint colors!

    Please Pantone Me!

    My color of the year would be Kelley Green. I seem to be buy a lot of stuff that color and I am also in the process of buying a house and will be spending a lot of green.

    My color of the year would have to be yellow. Not because I’ve been painting things yellow, but because it’s been such a happy year so far.

    PANTONE ME!! I would love to update the all tan walls in my house. Love gray walls with blue accents…maybe some emerald furniture piece???

    Pantone me, please! Also, if I had to declare a color of my year thus far, I would definitely choose slate grey. I love the color – it is my new black!

    Pantone ME!! I’ve always loved anything green. Lime…chartreuse…the greener the better. I’ve even had a few relatives refer to bright green as “Leslie Green.”

    PANTONE ME! I think I’d declare a slate blue my color of the year. I’ve been buying hints of it to tie my family room and kitchen together. And its calm, relaxing and surprisingly neutral.

    PANTONE ME ! ,I am craving all the ocean shades of blues and greens ,and add a lil gray to not forget the seagulls pirched on top of some weathered wood ,yah ,thats it !

    Pantone Me!!!!! My color of the year would have to be a muted aqua. I’ve been obsessed with aqua/turquoise for a while now, but lately I’ve been really into a more muted, sophisticated hue.
