If clothes make the man, you might say that hardware makes the kitchen. So it’s pretty sweet that Liberty Hardware is hooking one of you up with the chance to give your whole kitchen (or bathroom, for that matter) a major facelift thanks to $400 (yep, four-zero-zero) worth of knobs, pulls, switch plates, hooks, or anything else from their stylin’ catalog. So this could be your shot to make your kitchen more modern with sleek stainless steel pulls or to turn up the traditional vibe with some classic oil-rubbed bronze knobs (or something else entirely- they have lots to choose from).

    GIVE ME LIBERTY!

    I’ve laid out a metal finish scheme for my entire house – polished chrome in the bathroom, brushed nickel for the kitchen, and oil-rubbed bronze everywhere else. Those are the finishes that just feel the best to me in those spaces. Chrome = shiny and clean, nickel = sturdy and functional, bronze = classic and warm, to me at least.

    Color me confused. I went to the site, and the catalog, and not only can you NOT order online (from what I can see), there is apparently no Canadian place to actually use up your $400. The store locator will only search zipcodes, not postal codes. Not exactly user friendly to use your gift card. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong spot?

    *ahem* not like I win any of these things anyways but still! hehe

    GIVE ME LIBERTY!!! And give me anything to update my kitchen that has no dishwasher and boomerang printed formica countertops!!! I need something to freshen up this 1950’s style kitchen! We Love brushed nickel…it’s all over our house!

    We just bought a house that was built in the mid-80’s…need I say more? The previous 2 owners also did some of their own upgrades since then, some good and some baaaad. Our kitchen, and all 2 1/2 bathrooms need major overhauls and some boost with new hardware would be great. Thanks for the opportunity!

    I love me some brushed nickel…We built our house four years ago and have yet to buy knobs for our cabinets and now it turns out we may be re-locating to the Richmond area, so knobs would be good for some resale appeal.

    GIVE ME LIBERTY! and Rockin’ Hardware and bring my 70’s kitchen into this decade. Always love brushed nickle, but started an oil rubbed bronze in our living room — digging that.
