If clothes make the man, you might say that hardware makes the kitchen. So it’s pretty sweet that Liberty Hardware is hooking one of you up with the chance to give your whole kitchen (or bathroom, for that matter) a major facelift thanks to $400 (yep, four-zero-zero) worth of knobs, pulls, switch plates, hooks, or anything else from their stylin’ catalog. So this could be your shot to make your kitchen more modern with sleek stainless steel pulls or to turn up the traditional vibe with some classic oil-rubbed bronze knobs (or something else entirely- they have lots to choose from).

    This couldn’t have come at a better time, we just bought a new house which is full of some seriously atrocious hardware… I think it is the house that ugly hardware is banished to! I’d love to switch it out all the fugly for some brushed nickle in the kitchen, and ORB in the bathrooms!

    Give me Liberty and some really great new switchplates like the one in your picture! For exterior fixtures we like oil rubbed bronze, for interior its bright and shiny chrome.

    GIVE ME LIBERTY! Brushed nickel is definitely my fave! However, pretty much anything would be better than the mixture of scratched up gold and shiny, shiny silver that’s currently goin’ on in our house. =)

    I am in the middle of redoing my kitchen. I have a lot of grey and really colorful mexican tiles. The bronze would probably look the best, but I like the look of steel too! just pick me and I’ll figure it out :>

    Give me liberty or some sweet satin nickel knobs and drawer pulls. I am dying to replace all the gold in my new house…the cabinets in the kitchen, in the bathroom, the downstairs ALL need to go.

    This is a hard one! I think it depends on the room… I have brushed stainless / chrome in my kitchen and it looks nice (previous owners), but I could see going more antiqued or a warmer metal too…

    Our last house had all oil rubbed bronze. Now we have moved and the new house has two tone brass and silver.
    YUCK!
    I am torn whether to go with something new like brushed nickel or stick with my traditional oil rubbed bronze.
    Will just have to try them both and see what looks the best!
