IKEA Me! I would spend a year volunteering as an assistant to a teacher. Why? Teachers are greatly overworked (I speak from experience, having taught several years before realizing the stress’s toll in my life.) and oftentimes the classrooms are overcrowded, adding to their workload and stress. This would help the teacher, help the students (more one-on-one attention in schools is always helpful in education!), and help school districts overall.
