Fab Freebie: I’ll Stop The World & Felt With You

I don’t use the word “adorable” very often, but I may just have to break it out for this week’s giveaway. Eleni Creative uses felt to make (here it comes…) adorable creations for babies, kids and even adults. And they’re offering up two great prize options for one winner this week.

For those who have a baby in the house or one on the way (or just really love mobiles), you can commission a custom felt mobile to fit the theme of your nursery or choose from one of Eleni’s existing designs, like flying birds – which looks great in a familiar looking nursery (because it’s one we house crashed last fall).

Of course you can also request for something cheekier, like flying pigs (look at that awesome craftsmanship).

And for older kids (or older kids at heart) you can opt for TWO of Eleni’s quirky stuffed animals called Zoonies. They’d obviously be fun for a kids room, but Sherry and I could see them adding a bit of whimsy to your usual collection of throw pillows too (the elephant could totally live on the daybed in our sunroom and the whale would even work on our bed).

    FELT ME UP! I would LOVE that little bee for my classroom- I’m a kindergarten teacher, and our theme is the bees. Even if I don’t win, I may need one anyway! :-)

    My favorite 80’s song is probably “Sweet Dreams are made of this” by the Eurythmics. That was hard to choose, cause I love 80’s music.

    LOVE the 80s music! Asking to pick a favorite 80s song is like asking to pick a favorite child (j/k). I love anything by Roxette (“Listen to your heart”), Pink Floyd “The Wall” album, Gunz and Roses “Sweet Child o’mine” and anything by Queen. Those are just a few that come to mind, the list goes on :-)

    Felt me up!
    My favorite 80s tune is “Africa” by Toto. (And still one of my favorites). My husband’s vote is for “Centerfold” by J. Geils Band. I will also mention that at one point in high school (in NJ, and yes, I’m that old) everyone had an (hugely oversized of course) t-shirt saying “Frankie Say Relax.” Ah the memories.

    “FELT ME UP” I was a huge fan of The Smiths and The Cure in the 1980s (I still am). But, my guilty pleasure 80s song is Rick Springfield’s Jesse’s Girl. I just love it. It’s my go to song when I’m running on the treadmill to get me jazzed up again.

    Top 80’s song in my book is “Africa” by Toto. So classic.

    I would love love love to win a mobile for my baby (due in February). We don’t have space for a real nursery, yet, but having a cute mobile hanging over baby’s corner would be fabulous!

    these things are super super cute! i got really excited and, i have to admit, squealed out loud like a little kid. i love stuff like this!!!!

    okay, favorite 80’s song . . . i really like the billy joel song “the longest time.” it’s just such a happy song! it makes me happy kind of like these felty animals make me happy :)

    Hmm, I agree with all the other A-Ha fans, Take On Me. But I also like some soundtrack songs, especially Cry Little Sister from Lost Boys and Wave of Mutilation from Pump Up the Volume. Oh, and lots of Billy Idol stuff, I loved Cradle of Love. I was only a kid so what the heck, but I still like it!
    Oh yeah, and INXS, LOVE.
    Must stop now…
