We were so pumped when Room & Board wrote to us about doing a giveaway. Their furniture and accessories are practically the epitome of the clean-lined, comfortable-yet-sophisticated, natural-material-ed (?) aesthetic that we love. And while there’s plenty to ogle over on their site, one of their Galbraith & Paul pendant lights is officially up for grabs. There are a wide variety of graphic pattern-happy designs, so follow this link to hunt down your favorite (and we completely understand if you get sidetracked by all of the pillows while you’re there).

    I’M BOARD!

    I’d like my living room to have more light at night. During the day it’s flooded with sunlight, but at night I haven’t figured out a good solution yet. It’s a big room with a vaulted ceiling and a weird layout. More lamps are certainly in my future…

    Ahhhhhh beam me up scotty, i would definitely use the light in the kitchen. it needs a make over anyways and what a better way to start then with a lovely pendant light!

    I’m board!

    My dining room needs a new light that ceiling fan is all wrong. Well it does help cool food of but who wants dust on their food anyway? Although, dust is fatfree I think… I hope.

    I’M BOARD!!

    I have been dying to change the light fixture in my kitchen’s breakfast nook – the drab lighting that has not been replaced since 1977 gets me down every time I look at it!

    Our den is full of wood paneling and very few windows. It definitely needs some pretty lighting to help move it away from cave status!

    I would love to replace a few chandeliers in our house but the first one to go will be the future nursery. Or the dining room. Hm…
