***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***
Thanks to random.org’s, our three winners are Jane (who considers herself an accomplished doodler – especially during a meeting), Molly T (who dubbed herself the least crafty person ever) and Lizz (who’s no artist, but is killer at Pictionary). Congrats ladies!
You guys probably know Freshline Illustration from our monthly sponsor shout outs, but soon three of you will know them as the ones who hooked you up with some sweet art / pillows / stationery for your own home. And many of Freshline’s colorful and playful illustrations can be personalized with monograms, anniversary dates, or even your full family tree.
- PRIZE: A $50 gift card towards any purchase from Freshline Illustration
- TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “DRAW ME!” and…
- BONUS QUESTION: … tell us about your drawing skills. Are you a trained artist or the last one picked during a game of Pictionary? Either way, what’s your favorite thing to sketch or draw? Maybe you’re especially skilled at human portraits – or you just like to doodle your name in the margins.
- GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, March 2nd at 8pm EST
- NUMBER OF WINNERS: Three
- PRIZE SHIPS: Anywhere in the world!
- USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday morning for the announcement of our winners. Good luck…

Draw me! I drew a beautiful Eastern bluebird when I was in 7th grade. I found it at my parents’ house recently. It was FAR less impressive than I remembered it. Alas.

Draw me (because I can’t draw worth $h!T either…) But I’d love to get our living room looking slightly more respectable now that the rest of the house is more or less done!
Amanda @ Out of Square says
Draw Me! I actually have a Bachelor of Fine Arts but it’s in interior design so I can draw a room all day long but PLEASE do NOT ask me to draw a person in it.

DRAW ME…i am a graphic artist by vocation, although back when i went to college (just shy of 7,000 years ago), it was called graphic communications because it was the beginning of the computer art revolution.

DRAW ME
I am more an inanimate object, still-life and nature drawer than humans. I just can never get the face right! I used to draw a lot more in high school, but don’t have the time/outlet to do so now. I miss it.
EHayes says
Draw Me! I used to be an amazing tracer in 6th grade ;)
Tesse says
DRAW ME! I love to draw floorplans of houses – any house, real or imaginary. Actually, imaginary is better. :)

DRAW ME!
Up until 5th grade I was the best artist in my school. And that’s where my skills stopped. Every other artist got better, and I am still an awesome 5th grade drawer.

DRAW ME!
I wish I had some artistic skills, but unfortunately, that was not one of the talents I was blessed with.

DRAW ME!
It’s hit or miss. Sometimes I can draw really well (if I concentrate) and sometimes not. Whether the end product is good or not, I love to do it.
Sara M. says
DRAW ME! I’m a terrible drawer but my mom, who’s a bit artsy, used to doodle Xs when she spoke to her mother on the telephone and hearts when she spoke with her sisters, friends or me. Pretty interesting psychological implications, wouldn’t you agree??

Draw me! I am pretty crafty but when it comes to drawing, omg!!!

DRAW ME ~ I have to be in the mood to draw & when I’m feeling into it I can do ok. But otherwise I just don’t have the patience!

DRAW ME!! I’m horrible. Absolutely horrible.

DRAW ME!
I love to “cutesy doodle,” but cannot draw anything realistic. Not such a good thing when my 3 yr old wants life-like drawings of hippos, dogs, cats and elephants. I like to draw flowers!

DRAW ME
My training comes from intense focus while in boring classes (highschool/college years) or seminars (presently). In that zone I am a “da Vinci”. If not in that zone, I am at best able to out-doodle my 4 year old. My doodles and paintings seem to always wander into the deep sea and outer space. If you need a lantern fish…I’m your gal :)
