***This giveaway is no longer accepting entries – see who won below!***
Thanks to random.org’s, our three winners are Jane (who considers herself an accomplished doodler – especially during a meeting), Molly T (who dubbed herself the least crafty person ever) and Lizz (who’s no artist, but is killer at Pictionary). Congrats ladies!
You guys probably know Freshline Illustration from our monthly sponsor shout outs, but soon three of you will know them as the ones who hooked you up with some sweet art / pillows / stationery for your own home. And many of Freshline’s colorful and playful illustrations can be personalized with monograms, anniversary dates, or even your full family tree.
- PRIZE: A $50 gift card towards any purchase from Freshline Illustration
- TO ENTER: Comment on this post with the words “DRAW ME!” and…
- BONUS QUESTION: … tell us about your drawing skills. Are you a trained artist or the last one picked during a game of Pictionary? Either way, what’s your favorite thing to sketch or draw? Maybe you’re especially skilled at human portraits – or you just like to doodle your name in the margins.
- GIVEAWAY CLOSES: Wednesday, March 2nd at 8pm EST
- NUMBER OF WINNERS: Three
- PRIZE SHIPS: Anywhere in the world!
- USUAL STUFF: One entry per e-mail address is permitted. The winners will be selected using random.org and announced on Thursday as an update to this post. That’s right, come right back here on Thursday morning for the announcement of our winners. Good luck…

DRAW ME!
I am horrible at drawing. My go-to move is a house, and I employ the exact same technique that I did at age six. But I am awesome at coloring.
KimP says
DRAW ME!
Sadly, no skills here…

And I am a total doodler! Bubble letter queen! haha! That’s pretty much it when it comes to art!
Megan says
DRAW ME!
Not only am I the last one picked for Pictionary (who likes that game anyway), my family laughs at even my attempts at stick figures. :(
I am envious of those people who can start with a blank canvas and make something beautiful out of it!
Bekah says
DRAW ME! I was obsessed with drawing bubble letters when I was a girl.
Corrie M. says
DRAW ME!
I can draw stick figures and that’s it:)
Courtney P says
Draw me! I like to draw funky designs but I stink at drawing anything that’s alive. :)
Susan says
Draw Me! I am a doodler while on the phone, but I also paint canveses for kids rooms! Pick me, pick me, I LOVE and adore Freshline’s stuff! Dying for the mixer print she has right now!
Jana says

Lindsey says
DRAW ME!!!
Jen M says
DRAW ME!
I’m a graphic/web designer so while I’m pretty artistic, I’ve always loved drawing pumpkins and Fall still-life pictures. I also enjoy drawing an occasion stick figure cartoon or inside joke for friends, when I send them cards and things. ;)
Karrie says
Draw me! My skills are way limited.
Jenny says
Draw me!- all I draw are the same two doodles I’ve been drawing since I was in first grade!
Sue says
DRAW ME!
I prefer writing over drawing (or doodling). My husband in the artist in the family.
Rose T says
DRAW ME! Definitely not an artist by any means, but that doesn’t stop me from attempting to decorate/paint my house myself! :)
Ash says
Draw me!…I am definatly only a doodler

Draw Me!!
I have some natural ability, but never developed it…
Catherine says
Draw me!
Let’s just say I wouldn’t frame any of my “artwork” and hang it on the wall…yikes.
Sara Bush says
Draw me!!! Not a great artist, but I have taken some art classes. I need more training! Definitely NOT a natural!
Mara says
DRAW ME! When I was young I used to love to draw cartoon characters. I would put a Disney movie in the VCR, pause it on an image that I liked, and then I’d draw the character free-hand onto sketch paper. Some of them were actually decent! :)
kb says
DRAW ME!
i am a talented artist in my head but when my hand meets the paper my skills are more akin to a 7 year old, if that.
Rachel says
Draw me!
I am fairly decent at anything art related, but the thing is, I’m not original at all. I can look at someone else’s work, and copy it to a tee. But to come up with my own design…I never can do it, I don’t seem to have any ideas. Weird, I know.
sonya says
DRAW ME! I’ve never been able to draw more than a stick figure until recently when I decided on a complete career switch and started taking some classes in interior design. Now I am learning to draft floorplans and draw elevations complete with furniture. Furniture!! Never dreamed I would be able to draw that!
Michelle says
DRAW ME!
I would love to draw landscapes, but I’m just not good at it.
Dawn says
DRAW ME!
ilinap says
Draw me! I’m a doodler, not a drawer. I’m better with LEGO bricks.
Elizabeth says
DRAW ME! I can doodle some pretty mean designs on the edge of a notebook, but can’t draw anything to save my life.
Kristen says
DRAW ME!
I doodle in the margins of everything. I find myself doodling my kiddos names in different scripts quite a bit, one of which was the inspiration for my wrist tattoo of my little munchkins names!
Emily says
DRAW ME! I’m not that great of a drawer, but I constantly find myself drawing 3d boxes, cones and spheres when I’m bored. Very strange, I know.
Jarel says
DRAW ME! I can draw little cartoon guys, and being a total house-nerd I spend hours sketching house plans… Seriously, when I was a kid I asked for graph paper for my birthday to draw house plans. It’s a disease.
Kathy says
DRAW ME! and thanks so much for your posts, I keep getting great ideas, just painted the back of built in bookcases red! Got the ideas from your gorgeous teal/blue painted bookcases. Love it!

I’m not a good good artist but I can appreciate others’ artistic talents. :)

I used to be really good as a kid. I think most kids are, actually. I’ve completely lost it as an adult.
Sad.

DRAW ME!
I have been drawing my whole life, but I’ve never wanted to make it a career. While I was in AP Art in high school, and was a finalist in the Savannah College of Art and Design Georgia High School Drawing Contest in 2007, I now choose to draw mainly for family and friends (it makes for a cheap Christmas or birthday gift!)
