And the lucky random pet parent who’s about to get a cheery pet portrait is… Kirstin (who’s excited to get a portrait of Lola, her “adorable Boston Terrier/English Bulldog mix”). Congrats Kirstin AND Lola! UPDATE: Kirstin sent us a photo of Lola. Isn’t she a heartbreaker?

Paint my Pet!!! I have a pretty awesome Great Dane named Diefenbaker who would never stay still to model for a painting….so a painting from a photo would be super fantastic.
Erika says
PAINT MY PET!
I would love to have a painting of my cat Freebie, who isn’t with us any longer :(
Megan McC says
PAINT MY PET! My lab Lola has alot of quirks, but I love her transparency the most. You always know where you stand with my girl.
Erin L. says
PAINT MY PET! My chocolate lab Birch would love to pose for Leslie!
brenda says
PAINT MY PET! We have a Cairn Terrier named Scout and one crazy thing he does is to get his squeaky toy basketball and jump up goose me with it in the tush when I vacuum.
Rebecca says
Paint my pet! It would be a tough choice between our cats Mohawk and Fenix and puppy basset hound clementine. Although clementine’s long ears might win!
Laurie says
Paint my Pet!
My dog, Zorro has a big, feisty spirit. Always there when you need him.
Melissa says
Paint my Pet! Obviously my little dog Boomer! He is a true family man for sure… Loves his mom and dad to pieces and gets awfully protective when a stranger comes around. Mind you, he’s only 7 pounds. Quite the protector!
Amber L. says
Paint My Pet! My Siberian Husky and my Basenji would look amazing on canvas, they are my comic relief when everything is crazy around the house, they just make you smile.
Maureen says
Yay! Another Basenji person! :)
Martha says
PAINT MY PET! My fiance has a German Short-Haired Pointer and he is the weirdest, best dog ever. Not only does he hate to swim and make a terrible hunting dog due to his crippling fear of loud noises (unlike others of his breed), but he must sleep under the covers with you. Also, contrary to everything I’ve ever heard about chocolate and dogs being a lethal combo, he remains in one piece to this day . . . many Hershey bars later.
Kerri says
PAINT MY PET! Beaker the beagle is the best and we would love a painting of him!
Jade says
PAINT MY PET!
Our mini dachshund Lacey who loves to snuggle under the covers with us. She is the perfect weenie dog. :)
charity says
PAINT MY PET! I would like my cat, Jasper, painted. He passed about a year ago and I still thing of him very often. He was such a big, lovey guy!
Stacy says
Paint my pet! I’d want to have my cat Phoebe’s portrait painted. She black, very fluffy and a sweet cuddler (when she’s in the mood).
Stephanie says
PAINT MY PET! This would be great considering our three pups can never sit still long enough to take a picture! We call the “The Herd” because they sound like a herd of elephants when they play!
Cassie Morren says
Paint my pet!
I would have a picture of our loveable mutt Indy. He is a funny dog that likes to sing and smile a lot!!!
Amanda says
Paint my pet! I would have my dog Mac painted. He’s the cutest, and so sweet!

PAINT MY PET!
our family’s beloved yellow lab, norma jean, passed away this spring, so i would love to have her portrait done for my mom for christmas. she was the sweetest (and most stupid, bless her little heart) dog on the planet who loved nothing more than belly flopping in the pool after her favorite tennis ball. may she rest in peace.
Lynn @ Our Useful Hands says
PAINT MY PET!
I would love the mug of our beloved Australian Shepherd Deen on a wall somewhere amongst the family photos. He’s 2 and very interesting. He’s a quiet one, since having him for 3 weeks now he’s logged only 3 barks. Curiouser and curiouser this one is.
My best, Lynn
* this is the one, I can taste it!
holly says
paint my pet! although I would love to win, I would be very torn on choosing a pet. we have the sweetest shepherd mix young lady; who has a very handsome german shepherd little (but larger) brother. and the two of them have a pretty interesting feline for an older brother…he’s pretty cool, for a cat. ;) each unique and very adorable!
Erin Ramczyk says
PAINT MY PET! I’d definitely have her paint our “beagle baby” Olive (or “Ollie”). She just turned 1 in July and she is the light of our life. What we love most about her is that it is her own personal mission to befriend every human and animal she encounters. She’s a great role model for sure! ;)
Kelly says
Paint My Pet! My sweet pittie/boxer mix girl, Stella Artois.
Suzy says
PAINT MY PET! I have an awesome cat that would make a great subject for a painting!
Stephanie P says
PAINT MY PET!
I’d love to have a picture painted of my long hair german shepherd, Atlas.
Lisa N says
PAINT MY PET! Thanks for the FAB Freebie!
Kait says
PAINT MY PET! I have a mut who looks like the dog in the little rascals! She just had surgery and is doing well, it would be great to have a picture as she’s getting older!
Stephanie says
Paint my pet! We have an athletic miniature dachshund who cannot resist getting up on the dinner table (bad!) whenever someone leaves a chair pulled out…but she feels so guilty about doing it when she knows she is not supposed to be up there that she just gets up there and waits with a guilty face next to the plates for the nearest adult to spot her and put her back on the ground.
Bryanna says
PAINT MY PET!! Bailey is a min pin/doxie mix and she loves to curl up with blankets and soft things and nap as much as I do!!!
Stephanie Connolly says
Paint my Pet! I’d have my dog Dodger painted. He looks like a sweet innocent bulldog in pictures but anyone that has the pleasure of meeting him knows that is far from the truth!
Misty Owens says
PAINT MY PET! Our dog Roux who is a maltese shih tzu mix. He is a loving six year old dog. Our 21 month old asks forhim first thing in the morning and anytime we leave the house.
Allison says
PAINT MY PET!
I would actually have my best friends’ dog painted! She’s over 100lbs of pure baby, haha. And her strange quirk is that she pretty much only likes to eat when she has someone’s attention!
Jen says
PAINT MY PET!!
I have a great picture of both our black labs cuddled up to each other, a rare calm moment that would be perfect for a painting!
Kate says
“PAINT MY PET!”
I’ve got an adorable picture of our chihuahua mix (7 years old) playing with our (then smallish 4-month-old) Dobie mix in the yard I’d love as a painting.
Jessica says
Paint my pet! I would love to have my dachshund Schwartz painted. He is awesome in every way, but mostly because his name is Schwartz. He is 11 lbs of fuzzy tenacity.
Lauren says
PAINT MY (DAD’S) PET!
My father has his faithful pup Killer (who is a Corgi / Pomeranian mix, so the name is completely ridiculous).
Killer is turning 13 this year and he’s become a rather grey old fellow. We know there will never be another Killer so my mom and I have been discussing having a portrait made for my father so even when he doesn’t have the curly tailed fellow in the house, there will still be a good remembrance of him.
Kylie McGowan says
“PAINT MY PET!” I’d have my Red Heeler Cooper painted. He is easily the most personable and likable dog there is, and has been told by countless people that he is the cutest dog in the entire state of Wisconsin.
Laura says
PAINT MY PET… I would paint on 2nd dog- already had our first one painted for my husband (then BF) for his birthday. Best gift ever.
Stacey says
PAINT MY PET! Would love a pic of our cockapoo, Joey. I love that he always has to be near us.
Chana says
Paint my pet! I’d like to have my dog Panda painted. My family got him when I was ten, and he passed away last spring (a year and a bit ago). My family had two dogs, and while one was definitely “my mom’s”, Panda was “mine”. He slept on my bed every night, curled up at my feet when I played piano. Sat beside me on the couch. He was a very “kind-hearted” dog, very friendly. Even though I moved away to college during his last years, I always felt connected to him. We definitely miss him.
Ashley says
Paint my pet!
My dog Jack has quite a few quirks, but the most entertaining is that he walks backwards on any smooth flooring. Lucky us for having a house entirely done in laminate and linoleum flooring! He has also been taught to say mama to receive treats :)
Jess says
PAINT MYPET!! A house doesn’t feel like a home without pets in it. I’d get a painting of Wedding Cat. We have our dogs, Daisy and Riley, splashed all over the house. WC doesn’t get a lot of wall space, but she has a big place in our hearts…and hopefully on our walls in the future if we win this!
Emily T says
Paint my Pet! We have a half Boston Terrier half Cocker Spainel named Pepper Potts. If that’s not nerdy enough for you she looks a Toto from Wizard of Oz. Her first Birthday is TODAY! So she totally needs this, right?
Kristen says
PAINT MY PET!
Our dog is such an epic spaz! She still acts like a puppy even though she is 5 years old. Anytime any one comes to our house you would think she had never seen another human being before in her life she gets so excited.
Laura says
PAINT MY PET!
I would like to have Wesley painted. Although we have three dogs, Wes was our first and he is such a sweet, sensitive, and handsome guy so I would choose him.
Jennifer Wright says
PAINT MY PET! While I’d love to be selfish and get a painting of my sweet Oats, I would love to give this as a gift to my in-laws, who just lost their 13 year old lab that my husband and I grew up with. She was the sweetest girl and we were already talking about having a photo of her painted for his parents. Thank you for having so many great giveaways and HAPPY BIRTHDAY BURGER! :)
Ashlie says
PAINT MY PET!
We are the proud owners of the happiest, silliest and sweetest mini Goldendoodle named Ruby. She kind of looks like a stuffed animal and neighborhood kids just love her. She’s always good even when little ones pull her ears. She loves people and is such a clinger. Girl has to be on top of you at all times. We just love her! A nice brightly painted portrait of our sweet Ruby would go so well in my office!
Marla says
Paint my pet! I love to have my bone fetchin’, 15 year old, 5 lb cat painted. He’s got personality baby!
Ashley says
Paint my pup!!
We adopted (hairy) Truman from the local shelter three summers ago and our lives have completely changed. He was a stray that no one ever claimed. We take him everywhere we can, spend many evenings cuddling and playing. He’s a sweet, shaggy boy–just imagine sandy from Annie. He had lots of fears and anxieties that we’ve been continually working through with him (doorways, stairs, dog food?, doorbells) but it’s all worth it. We would love to have a funky, bold painting of our guy! Thanks!
Tiffany says
PAINT MY PET! Please! My collie mix, Tex, would make a lovely, regal painting. He is such a good boy, and handsome to boot! :)
Katie says
PAINT MY PET — our 19-year-old red-eared slider, Spud! He’s a curmudgeonly turtle, but we love him! My husband has had him since 1st grade (though according to a turtle scientist we met once, red-eared sliders only live to be about 9 months old), and he’s weathered two cross-country moves. I’d love, love, love to have a painting of him up on our wall!!
Rachel Swenson says
Paint my pet! Penny is a min pin and hunts grasshoppers. My kids love her!
