And the lucky random pet parent who’s about to get a cheery pet portrait is… Kirstin (who’s excited to get a portrait of Lola, her “adorable Boston Terrier/English Bulldog mix”). Congrats Kirstin AND Lola! UPDATE: Kirstin sent us a photo of Lola. Isn’t she a heartbreaker?

PAINT MY PET! My dog Halle (born on Halloween), is precious to me. She was hit by a car when she was only a few months old, and I nursed her through recovery. She has a little hitch in her giddy’up, but does great otherwise.
Amber Smith says
PAINT MY PET! My pup Charlie is the bestest friend a girl could ask for. She is a pug which makes her pretty weird looking but she is also is a wonderful cuddlebug and a good fetcher :)
Nicole M says
PAINT MY PET! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have my Cardigan Welsh Corgi painted by Lesli since my boyfriend and I bought our first house (YAY!) and need some great art! Wallace is one of the hammiest dogs you could ever meet, he always does a “sit pretty” for a treat! I love this dog =P
Maggie says
PAINT MY PET! I’d love to have a painting of my dog that we just put to sleep 2 weeks ago….great way to remember him. I’ll always remember him constantly wanting to give kisses.
Tara says
PAINT MY PET! Our pug, Milo, is not the most photogenic. I’m positive a painted portrait would bring out her best features.
Kristen says
Paint my pet! My dog Shelby is one of those pets that we will never forgot…not necessarily for good reasons either! She is unbelievably sweet, but she is also insanely active and she has a penchant for eating cash! We love her anyway though.

PAINT MY PET!
Scooby is my childhood dog and she still lives with my mom. The entire neighborhood loves her. In fact, the next door neighbors keep a squeaky toy under their couch for when she visits (which is quite frequently, I think they have dog treats, too!) She loves chasing the water from the hose, watching dogs on TV and getting caught in the rain… well, maybe not that last part. :)

My kitties are the sweetest :)

PAINT MY PET!!! My rescue lab Daisy, is the sweetest lab mix ever. She is nine years old now and still cracks me up. She has the most expressive eyes, when our other dog (the pekingese) does something silly, she looks at me like, really? Or she will talk to me and try to tell me what the kids are doing in her doggy way…such a sweetheart.
Jenny says
PAINT MY PET! I would love a picture of my 10 yr old German Shepard/Akita mix, Cricket. I love how she is around my 21 month old daughter. They are never without eachother. Even though she has cataracts in both eyes she doesn’t let it stop her from playing/protecting and loving with her favorite human.

PAINT MY PET! We just got our puppy, Hampton, a week ago and are already smitten! We’re still learning his silly quirks, but he’s loads of fun!
Katie says
PAINT MY PET! I’d love to have a painting of my sweetie Silver Belle. She is a beagle mastiff mix and is just as special as she sounds. She keeps us on our toes by always being able to escape any and every room, yard, or crate we have her in! She is super jealous that her big bro Bocephus has a decoupaged portrait hanging on the wall, but Mommy just hasn’t had time to do some Bellalicious artwork, yet!
Rachel H says
Paint my pet! Would love a picture of our little chihuahua Conan :)
Megan Napier says
PAINT MY PET! I would love a portrait our mutt, Bailey. He is hilarious and the most loveable little man!
Kelly Morgan says
PAINT MY PET! Zoe is seriously the best pup ever. She’s a mini version of a rottie and has been the best addition to our new little family. Zoe deserves her cute mug on a painting – if not only to remind us that she has record-breaking toy destroying skills.
Dani says
Paint my pet! My pup is a sweetheart. She is loyal and full of love.
Alicia says
PAINT MY PET, please! My cat Stella is the little highlight of my life. Living in the city and working crazy hours prevents me from being able to own a dog. But Stella is the perfect companion because she thinks she is a dog! She meets me at the door every time I get home, and howls when I leave. Adorable to me, but maybe not so much to my neighbors….
Emily says
PAINT MY PET! I’d want my puppy, Daisy, to be painted. She’s a Pembroke welsh corgi and as cute as can be!
Jessie S says
PAINT MY PET!!!! I would love for your to paint my puppy, Pepper. She’s a 9 month old catahoula mix rescue pup. She’s full of personality & keeps my husband & I on our toes…we absolutely love it! She’s super sweet & loving – we can’t get enough of our girl.
Kelli says
PAINT MY PET! I’d chose my kitty Murphy. He’s the best :)
JennieM says
PAINT MY PET! My dog Louie….an adorable golden retriever who doesn’t really care to retrieve balls, anything else, yes, but balls no.

I have a poodle mix I rescued over 6 years ago. I think this would make a great gift for my brother’s minpin, Vito. He deserves a little recognition, as the focus will quickly change to the baby (their FIRST!) they are expecting to arrive in a couple of weeks!

I would have our puppy Lola painted- she is an energetic german shorthaired pointer that is our furry “child” and we think is the cutest dog out there!

We just had to put our sweet dog down and would love this to remember him by. He was one great addition to our family!
Netty C says
PAINT MY PET! Yes, our dog Rudy is old, a bit “plump”, and has one eye, but he is the most lovable bundle of sweetness. He is a sweet, old soul, in a puppy dog body.
Meghan says
PAINT MY PET! My lost my beloved Bailey at 7 1/2 years in July. She was my first pet of my very own that I bought a few years after graduating college and she was my very best friend. My house is empty without her – a void that just cannot be filled. At 7 1/2 she was still as puppy-like as she was at 6 months….and i will always remember that she was tossing her favorite squeaky toy moments before she took her last breaths (heart failure). A portrait of her would be another way to keep her memory alive – not that she needs much help because i think of her every day.
Sarah Lowry says
PAINT MY PET! I would have our little puggle, Remmington, painted. He is such a sweet dog with a great personality! He loves tummy rubs, ice cubes, baths, and jogs! Recently he has had some trouble with… well … pretty bad gas. We’be started to feed him cottage cheese (just a tablespoon a day) and it has solved his gas issues. However now he ALWAYS begs for cottage cheese!
Amanda says
Paint my pet! I would have to go with my first cat, Lily. She was rescue- found under my neighbor’s porch as a kitten- meowing at 3 am after getting into a fight with a racoon. I think she won the fight :-)
Nancy says
Paint my pet! I’d love to gift my DH w/ a lovely painted portrait of our late sweet, sweet kitty. I’ve admired her art for a while and would be very grateful to win.

My rescue mutt Jack has an oddly close (sometimes almost romantic!) relationship with our cat. They’re often found cuddled up together or grooming one another after dinner.
Rachel says
Paint my pet! I’d love to have a painting of my dachshund…he’s all-around cute (duh) but is especially adorable when he gets his upper lip stuck on one of his teeth–it never fails to make me laugh. For his sake though, I’d pick a photo of him where he looked a little less ridiculous for the painting ;-)
Marnie says
Paint my pet please! our little snuggle bear Maxx (he isn’t a bear though he is a cat)
Beth says
PAINT MY PET! Now, I’m not the world’s biggest dog lover (the most I can say is I prefer them to cats)… but my husband absolutely adores them. Actually he’s studying to be a veterinarian. Anyway, if I won, I’d have a picture painted of our Yorkie when she was a puppy and would probably surprise him for his birthday :-)

Amy says
Paint my pet! I’d get a portrait of my pug Diego painted. We just brought him home his first human sister and, despite not being the only “baby” anymore, he has adapted SO well!

My first choice would be our dog Koga. He adopted us (showed up in our yard as a pup, and after walking him around the neighborhood to see if he belonged to anyone, we ended up with him). My second choice would be my cat Sasha. He’s just a loveable cat that likes to curl up with me in bed (funny enough, he also adopted us).
Kara D says
PAINT MY PET! I’d love to have my 5 year old rescue pup painted. She’s a princess & we are simply living in “her” world. She’s full of life & very loyal to our family. We
would love this addition to our gallery wall in the hallway!

Paint my Pet! I’d get my Jack Russell Pesky! He is so smart.. He actually knows how to run to the bathtub when we ask him if he wants to take a bath, jumps in and stays still the whole time! Definitely smart, crazy and weird!

I just have one child, er pet, so thankfully that would be the easy decision. I have never met an animal that has more of a sense of humor than our miniature dachshund, Waffles. He throws tantrums, lays upside-down in my lap to beg for food, communicates surprisingly well (without barking) when his food bowl is empty or he needs to go outside, and chases rabbits in our backyard but never hurts them. He’s the reason that I now understand why people clone their dogs :)
And thank you for all the nice giveaways you guys do!
