And the lucky random pet parent who’s about to get a cheery pet portrait is… Kirstin (who’s excited to get a portrait of Lola, her “adorable Boston Terrier/English Bulldog mix”). Congrats Kirstin AND Lola! UPDATE: Kirstin sent us a photo of Lola. Isn’t she a heartbreaker?

Paint my pet!! Today is the 6-month anniversary of when I adopted my frenchie, Cooper and this would be a great way to celebrate the best addition to my family!!
Katie says
PAINT MY PET! My husband and I have a precious miniature poodle mix who, despite weighing in at all of 8.5 lbs, thinks he’s one heck of a guard dog.

PAINT MY PET!
My Japanese Chin, Oliver, is a bundle of energy and a sweetie pie. We are so lucky to love him!
Eliza Wells says
Paint my pet!!
My calico cat named Casey. We got her from a shelter, and she has a notched tail and a piece missing from one of her ears. She also has allergies, so she sneezes a lot.

Paint my Pet(s?!)
I rescued two kittens full of personality from our office parking lot. Tesla promptly escaped from the carrier into my car, and squeezed up into the dash. The local auto dealer locked a showroom and pulled apart my car to get him out! If I brush my hair, Tesla will smack the brush out of my hand until it’s “his turn!”
I rescued Wednesday from a tree with no intention of adoption, but she followed me to my car, into my car and despite my protests, into my lap and into my heart.
Wednesday prefers to hang out wrapped around my shoulders like a scarf.
They just bring such joy!

Since we currently have 2 dogs and 4 cats, I would like to have our last dog painted. He passed away last fall, and my boys would love it.
Our current dogs (both just over a year) are slightly hyper and super-cuddly, which is what we adore about them. The cats can be pretty nice too, but it’s on their terms. Typical cats!

Paint my pet!
I’d like a portrait of Max my Border Collie. He’s so incredibly unique we can’t even call him a dog, we refer to him as the “creature”.

PAINT MY PET!
I would get the painting done of my two precious furbabies together (Sarge & Dolly). They add entertainment and joy to life and I would absolutely love to having a painting of them together on our wall! They both just want to be wherever my husband and I are. Such loves!
Susan says
PAINT MY PET! I’d love my labbie painted! He’s the perfect mix of crazy and loveable!

My (dog) babies Maggie and Rudy…so I hope there is room for two! I love their personalities, they are so opinionated!
Kathleen B. says
Paint My Pet!! My adorable 6 year old Bichon Pixie – we just lost our 12 year old Cairn terrier this summer so Pixie is getting all the love!
Megan K says
PAINT MY PET, Huggins! Huggy is our rescue dog. We weren’t sure what she was, so we had a DNA test done (Boxer, Golden, Rott mix). We’re kind of crazy that way. I used to think she got into a ton of shenanigans until I starting looking at dog-shaming.com (really, you must check it out).
It is adorable when we’re busy and she wants to play ball, she’ll throw it in the air and catch it. She’s the best!!
SarahN says
PAINT MY PET! We have a shih tzu/poodle mix named Oliver. He loves to sit in laps, or his very favorite is to take the warm spot on the bed right after you get up.
Allison O. says
PAINT MY PET! I’d LOVE artwork of my fur-baby, Diesel, a 130 lb mastiff. He’s the best!
Leigh Anne says
PAINT MY PET!!
I’d want my puppy Oscar to be painted. He’ll be a year old on Friday and is such a big part of our family. He definitely is attached to me and is always so happy when I get home from work, which make the day turn around no matter how bad it had been!
Christina M says
Paint my pet! I would have to flip a coin if I needed to choose between my beagles, Jack and Abby! I love them both, so I couldn’t choose!
Kristin M says
PAINT MY PET! I’d have my kittens painted. They are a pair of clowns and make me laugh daily.
Casey says
Paint my pet!
I’d get my parents two bichons (Lucy and Ethel) painted for their Christmas present!
Laura says
Paint my Pet!!
My 3 yo black lab Luna. She loves sticks, and used to collect leaves as a puppy. She chases her tail when she wants attention, and she’s great with our baby!
AshleyG says
Paint my pet! We love our black Lab Sullivan! He has his rotten moments but is so good with our 13 month old.
Kirsten says
PAINT MY PET! I’d have my little shit-zoo painted, she is white and seriously such a pain-in-the-a** but man do we love her. Especially as she is almost 10 years old and we’re not sure how long she’ll be with us.

PAINT MY PET!
I would love to have my dogs painted! My pit bull, Conan, loves his “squeaky” more than food. I once put a dog biscuit in front of him, told him to leave it, and forgot to tell him to take it. I returned home 3 hours later to find him in the exact same position, with an uneaten biscuit and a puddle of drool underneath his head! My weirdo mutt, Vern Yip, is afraid of everything except water. I have to drag him outside, where he tries to jump in my arms (he’s 60 lbs) the entire way to the neighborhood lake. But once he’s next to the lake, he’s confident and unafraid!
Elizabeth says
PAINT MY PET!!
I would have my long haired mini-dachshund, Lulu, painted. She is small but has a ton of personality.
Nicole Panico says
Paint my pet!
I’d love to have my yellow lab, Missy, painted. She’s such a funny dog, and absolutely the best company. She gets really mad when we people show affection to each other without including her (and starts barking!), and is happiest when sitting together with her family on the couch.
She loves attention from strangers, and has happily dragged me over to the creepiest looking people for a belly-rub… You’d think she gets no love at home!
Katie says
PAINT MY PET!!
I’d have my puppy, Barley painted. He’s got such an angsty personality that’s just funny and cute at the same time.
Brooke says
Paint my pets!!! My babies Peanut and Izzy. Such little snugglers!
Stephanie says
Paint my pet!!! I would get my dog Piper painted. We love her because she’s so laid back. She’s happy to run a marathon, or just lay all day in the sun. Either way suits her fine.
The Girl @ POS says
PAINT MY PET! Our dog, Dirty, would love to “sit” for a portrait (har har). When her “dad” gets out of bed early in the morning, she scoots into his warm spot, with her head on his pillow, and starts snoring where he left off. I don’t even notice that he is gone, and die laughing when I wake to her sweet sleepy face!
Melissa says
PAINT MY PET!
I would have my dog, Jazzy, painted. Since we have no children we call her our fur baby. I swear she understands eveything i say. I just talk and say anything to her and she responds appropriatly. Love her.
Thanks for the Canadian giveaway!

PAINT MY PET!
I would have a painting of my beloved King Charles Spaniel, Holly Golightly (named after the Audrey Hepburn version, not the book one). She was my baby. I bought her the day she was born (Halloween 2008) and took her home that Christmas. She was always so happy, gave me lots of kisses, and would always comfort me when I was sad. One of our favorite things to do was go running through the neighborhood and watch Breakfast at Tiffany’s (she would always perk up when Paul called for the Audrey Hepburn Holly). She died just a few weeks ago (she was hit by a car from someone going too fast and texting) and I am still having a hard time getting over it. One of my biggest regrets is that I never had enough good pictures of her, especially of the two of us. A painting of her with a Tiffany blue background would be the perfect way to honor her. Sorry for bumming everyone out. Just please go hug your pets and take a million pictures with them.
Aaron says
Paint my pet! Gabe is a Shiba Inu and the king of our household.

Paint my PET(s)
I have 2 saint bernards who are as lovable as they are photogenic!
Ali says
PAINT MY PET! That would be Dixie, the amazing singing mutt. And I do mean singing – she can both imitate and harmonize.
Anna Espich says
PAINT MY PET! It is hard to choose, but out of our 3 dogs, I would choose MY dog Layla to be painted. She is incredibly loyal and attached to me, and I to her. Also, she is smarter than some people…
Laura says
PAINT MY PET! I have a basset hound, Roy and a cinnamon lab, Lucy. It is a toss up which I would have painted – maybe a combo deal or two tiny portraits? They are basically personality doubles of my husband & I and love each other so much! Lucy is overflowing with energy & Roy’s idea of a good time is a nice nap. :) They complete each other!

Paint my pet! We have a great yellow lab named Chase.
Kim K. says
Paint my pet – that would be paint my furbaby, Miss Piper Rae, our miniature dachshund and our fifth child. She thinks she is my daughter (I think she is too!)
Victoria C says
Paint My Pet! I have two cats so it would be hard to decide…definitely a Sophies Choice moment.
Sarah KF says
PAINT MY PET! It might be fun to have a portrait of my turtle “Turtle”. We don’t know his species – we think he might be a type of painted turtle, maybe Western, though he was found in New York, NY. We think he’s pretty smart and sociable for a turtle, but our previous pet was a ball python who was pretty dull, especially when the weather was cold. We had the ball for about 10 years before he passed away. Turtle has been with us for 8 and was a little brother for the ball python for several years.

If I had to pick one it would be hard to choose :) Remy is our dober-mut with a serious case of the crazy zoomies, Hobbes is our hound mix with an affinity for cuddling. Both are seriously adorable.
But don’t take my word for it!

Paint MY PET! Australian Shepherd ‘Laddie’ has got sheep herding in his blood! Since there are no sheep in the city he substitutes humans and will herd you in any situation.
Casey says
Paint my pet! I’d love a picture of my pooch Caesar. He was a long-haired chihuahua who had almost no teeth, yet he pretended to be the fiercest guard dog. He also had a huge foot fetish!
Jessica says
PAINT MY PET!! I’d get my little puppy Scout painted. She has the most hilarious and lovable personality, she loves chasing her tail and playing tug-o-war, but my favorite is when she curls up in a little ball and snuggles into my belly!
Suz says
PAINT MY PET!!!
My dog, Molly, is a feisty miniature schnauzer. She is getting on in years and can be quite cantankerous. Her most unusual trait is that she barks whenever anyone engages in physical contact. It’s not like we smack each other around in my house, but you are not “allowed” to hug in Molly’s presence. If you do, she will bark and bark and bark until the hugging stops. It’s really weird, and I have no idea why she does it.
Melissa says
Paint my pet! Shadow Marie is 16 years young and was adopted by me from the SPCA in 1997. I’d love to have a portrait of my sweet girl.
Nicole says
PAINT MY PET! I’d have Tucker, my 13 year old Maltese painted. I think I’d pick a picture of him when he was a puppy to have painted– he was so photogenic back then that my family used to make jokes about him being a supermodel.
Christine @ Casa-de-Christine says
Paint my Pet!! It would be our 4 year old black lab Jixer. She is loveable for so many reasons- we just love her goofy loving nature!
Nicole says
PAINT MY PET! I would love a portrait of my 16 y.o. mutt named Zoey. She is the sweetest dog I have ever had.

Paint my (mom’s) pet!
While I adore my cats, I think this gift would be wonderful for my mom. She recently lost her beloved (enormous-for-a) yorkshire terrier, Ringo, to the main road that runs in front of their house. He got her through two kids leaving for college and many more heart-trying times, a true best friend. If she would like him commemorated in paint, I’d love to be able to give it to her. She has a new friend now, Bella Cera (either after what our last name was once in Italy or my dad’s favorite wine, depending on who you ask) – Bella for short. So she may want Bella in paint, but either way, she would love it – her puppy, whichever one – on the wall.

PAINT MY PET!
I would have our dog, Layla, painted. She has so much expression in her face with all of her wrinkles.
