And the lucky random pet parent who’s about to get a cheery pet portrait is… Kirstin (who’s excited to get a portrait of Lola, her “adorable Boston Terrier/English Bulldog mix”). Congrats Kirstin AND Lola! UPDATE: Kirstin sent us a photo of Lola. Isn’t she a heartbreaker?

Paint my pet! Must have a portrait of my 17 lb. cat to remember her always!
Lisa says
Paint my pet! I have a Portuguese water dog who might be Bo Obama’s long lost cousin! She is super sweet and we love her.
Jennifer Beck says
Paint my pet! We have a soft coated Wheaten Terrier (6 months old) and what makes her so special is that she tolerates AND loves our three crazy kids:-)
Skeeter says
PAINT MY PET! I would love a painting of our beagle Stella. She loves to snuggle (her best trait) and she is also pretty funny when she’s trying to hide one of her toys or a treat. She’ll hide it, then decide that under a blanket on the couch is just too obvious and then will move spots all around the house until setteling on a spot under my pillow…like i’ll never find it there.
Stacey says
PAINT MY PET! Our pets are our life and they are all hysterical! We have a pit bull mix that has a 1 1/2″ under-bite and bat ears, a Burger-esque “apricot” huahua and a little lady lab-mix that looks like a fox. Pick one? YIKES… they would have to draw straws (or Pupperoni’s) to see who gets to be painted pretty!
Carmen H. says
PAINT MY PET! I’d have my chocolate lab painted. She’s crazy.
Dorothy says
Paint My Pet – I’d love to get a painting of our rescue dog, Sunny. She is a chihuahua mix and currently recuperating from dental surgery. I’m sure she’ll be back to her usual cuddly/neurotic self soon!

PAINT MY PET!
I’d want our bulldog Benjamin to be painted! He’s just the most laid back pet ever. He has no problem being mauled, cuddled or climbed on by our two year old daughter.
This is so funny, i just took a pic of him today and thought to myself, “I’d love to have his portrait painted”! Fingers crossed.

I would like to have our labradoodle Bradley Cooper painted! He has great hair and a sweet personality ;)

PAINT MY PET!
Well actually, it would be my mother in law’s pet, my beloved Roo, aka Rosie the golden retriever. She calls me auntie Sarah. This is because when she first came into their lives, my MIL was going to refer to her as my husband’s sister, and he said “no thanks, I already have one hyperactive blonde sister and don’t need another!”
Rosie could be one of those therapy dogs that go into hospitals, seriously. I suffer from pretty debilitating depression and when I’m with Roo it’s like the world is the right colour again. We have a very special bond and she knows exactly what sort of attention I need, whether it’s just sitting with her nose in my lap or licking my feet.
Alliey says
PAINT MY PET! We have three dogs, and much as we try to deny it, we do have a “favorite child.” Mugsy, a pug/terrier mix, would undoubtably be the subject of this painting. He has personality oozing out of every pore, and googly eyes, janky teeth, and a curly tail, giving him a quirky, adorable appearance which makes him a perfect subject for photography and portraiture.
Josie says
PAINT MY PET!… actually I’d like to paint my big sisters’ pet because she’s a girl’s best friend!
Tiffany says
Paint my pet, we’d get paintings of our two cats Plato and Newton, yes we’re nerdy like that :)

PAINT MY PET! I would love her to paint my handsome German Shepherd boy, Rex. He was our Chief of Security. I just lost him to bone cancer at age 6, last week. I’d love to have a nice momento on the wall.
Beth says
PAINT MY PET! Well, my good friend’s pets – her two amazing huskies both passed away earlier this year, and I’d love to give her something sweet like this to remember them by. As someone who walked them weekly for years, they were the best dogs ever, and are truly missed.
Megan says
Paint My Pet! My dog, Trinka. It’s kind of embarrassing how obsessed I am with her!

Oh how I would love to win this right now. I would have our 12 year old Shih Tzu, Maya, painted. She was our baby before we had babies and lately she’s been going downhill. She is practically blind and had been having some other health problems. It breaks my heart.

PAINT MY PET!
I would love a painting of my dog Bogie. He’s my service dog, so as you can imagine we have a very close bond. One funny thing about him is that he loves pillows. I always find him curled up on my bed or on the couch, resting his head on a pillow.
Allison says
PAINT MY PET!!!
Our awesome Catahoula mix, Cody, is crazy looking with his merle coat & different colored eyes, especially when he is overly excited by every visitor (for 3 minutes before being chill again). I swear he’d lick a robber.
Laura nygaard says
PAINT MY PET! My cute little Maggie who is 12, is who I would want painted. She is our spoiled, loving, pushy, daschund. But we all love her to death.
Alicia says
Paint MY PET! Our Charlie was adopted from the animal shelter and might or might not be the most spoiled dog you would ever come across!
Kathryn says
PAINT MY PET! I would love to have my Luna painted (my little chihuahua terrier mix!)
Dan says
PAINT MY PET!
Sadly I don’t have any pets of my own right now, but I would have a painting made of my mom’s little dachshund for her as a gift. She had been a cat person her whole life, but then she got a cat that just wanted nothing to do with being lovable or social with her, it broke her heart. Then along comes a friend who needs to give up this doxie because of a move, and so she took a chance, and found exactly what she was looking for. She is a little goof (the dog, not my mom) and loves everyone to pieces.
Kristi P. says
PAINT MY PET! I’d love a painting of my two doggies, Max and Katie. They’re brother and sister; and they’ve been with us for 11 years now. They were our babies for 9 years before we had the human kind – our son Jonathan. Now I consider myself the mother of 3!

Alyssa says
PAINT MY PET!!
I would love to have my dog, Wookiee, painted. He is a 9 year old shih-tzu and I have had him since he was a puppy. All my friends call him my shadow because he follows me everywhere!! He even comes to work with me! He truly is my son and I love him like one!
Kirsten says
PAINT MY PET!
And I’d have my dog Louie painted. He’s just so cute!
Rebecca A says
PAINT MY PET!!!
I would want my kitty cats painted. One loves water and the other loves to snuggle.
Judi says
PAINT MY PET! Our pup, Rocky, is a very special gift. Although he’s eight years old, he only recently came to us; my cousin Karen asked us while she was dying of cancer earlier this year whether we’d take him into our family. Rocky–Karen’s constant companion and a vivid and welcome reminder of her each day–is a licensed therapy dog whose main pursuit these days is getting used to life in Vermont and becoming the mayor of our street. He’s a loving, amazing little dog who’s adaptable, fun, silly, and adorable. He’s become an integral part of our family in just two months from tomorrow, and we can’t imagine life without him. Karen, we thank you again. And thanks, Sherry and John, for this amazing giveaway!
Melanie says
PAINT MY PET!! I would have my Boston Terrier Dexter painted. One of my favorite things about him is his crazy snorting that he does. It is hysterical!
Ali says
Paint my pet!
I would love to see our lovely weimeraner, Sunny, in paint, especially because these days she’s laid up from a full ACL replacement surgery….
Stacy says
PAINT MY PET!
My dog is special because he loves me more than anyone ever will or could. It’s true unconditional love. Plus, he’s extremely intelligent; about as smart as a 2 1/2 year-old child. It’s clear he understands basic sentences and instructions. He has the most expressive face, so you can tell he’s really listening and trying to understand you. I don’t know what I’d do without him!
Erin says
PAINT MY PET! Would love to have a portrait of my retriever/border collie mix, Abby. She is 65lbs, but thinks she is a lapdog. She is most happy while curled up on the couch (on top of someone of course:)
Jennifer Sheppard says
Paint my pet………Sophie who sleeps in the window like a cat, except she’s a Chocolate lab.
Cassandra says
PAINT MY PET! It’s so hard to choose between the 5 members of our household zoo, but we’ll go with goofy Goose, my 4 year old hound mix. I love her to death, even when she doesn’t listen to me when she goes crazy after squirrels!
Rachel says
PAINT MY PET!
I would get a painting of my Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix, Kirby. She can’t have any cute toys or fluffy toys because she tears them up within minutes, sprinkling their stuffing guts all over the ground. She is constantly on the prowl for bits of dropped food and has no problem jumping up on the kitchen table to check things out there… She is the craziest little dog, but is my sweet baby angel.
Bridget says
PAINT MY PET!
I would love a painting of my family’s dog, Riley. The guy is getting up there in age, but he still gets super excited when I go visit my parents. Whoever says dogs don’t have long-term memory hasn’t met mine!
Melissa K. says
PAINT MY PET! I’d have my dog Cooper painted! He’s the best – he sleeps right in between my husband and I every night with his head on the pillow! :)
