And the lucky random pet parent who’s about to get a cheery pet portrait is… Kirstin (who’s excited to get a portrait of Lola, her “adorable Boston Terrier/English Bulldog mix”). Congrats Kirstin AND Lola! UPDATE: Kirstin sent us a photo of Lola. Isn’t she a heartbreaker?

PAINT MY PET! I would love a pet portrait of our miniature dachshund, Slinky. She barks at popcorn in the microwave and digs up our garden, but we love her to pieces :)
Lyndsey says
Paint my pet! We adopted a mixed breed dog who is black with white spots from the humane society last year who is just as crazy as he is sweet (and photogenic!). He has this thing for my ponytail holders…I have to hide them well so he doesn’t take them all and chew them up!
Alyssa says
Paint my pet! I would want my German shepherd mix painted. Pluto loves back talking when you stop playing catch with him.
Giordana says
PAINT MY PET! Definitely my dog David Bowie.. He’s black and white like a Jersey cow and cocks his head to the side very serious-like when you talk to him. Hahaha.
Brynea says
PAINT MY PET! I’d probably have to paint both my current pup Bentley (4yr old Bichon/Shih Tzu mix)and my late pup Gus (chihuahua/corgi mix) both the cutest rescues ever!
Ashley says
PAINT MY PET! His name is Ki, my husbands heart belonged to him before it belonged to me or any of our four boys. Lovable chocolate lab who looses his mind when he sees a bird which makes it very easy to lose him at the beach.
Amber says
PAINT MY PET!!!

Paint my (sister’s) pet! I don’t have any animals right now, but my sister has a handsome Italian Greyhound named Milton that she is in love with. He’s a good dog for being under 1.

Paint my pet!
My corgi Rudy would have his portrait done. He’s quirky to say the least. He HATES baseball and barks like a loon and tries to attack the TV when a commercial or game comes on. Needless to say, we can’t watch it even though our Cincinnati Reds are having a great year!
Kathy says
PAINT MY PET!! Our beloved cat Milo passed away 6 months ago. He lived 18 years and the love he gave to our family was endless. I would love to have a custom painting of him for our home to remember him by.

Our people loving cocker spaniel!

“PAINT MY PET!” I’d love to have my labradoodle painted! His name is My Friend. We laugh because my husband claims he doesn’t have any dog skills…he’s always missing steps, or not noticing things like when a snake slithers across his paw. We love him.

PAINT MY PET! My golden Polly is one of a kind, she talks a lot to us and loves to hold hands.

Lisa says
PAINT MY PET!
I miss our family dog, Apollo, something fierce ever since I moved out of my parent’s house, and it’d be wonderful to have a reminder of my hilarious, crazy, super-cute buddy of 14 years.
Denise P says
PAINT MY PET!
My German Shepherd chases the laser light like a cat. When there’s any reflection on the walls, she scratches, retreats, and/or barks at said reflection. Think 92 lb. dog simultaneously scratching/retreating/barking, because I’m washing a pot and the reflection is dancing on the wall. I confess — I even intentionally create reflections with my phone, a disc, a spatula, whatever just so I can watch her go ca-razy. She makes me laugh. I <3 her.
Kristy B. says
PAINT MY PET!! I’d paint my good buddy, Sarge. The. Best. Lab. Ever.
Sandi says
PAINT MY PET! Our Bella is just so adorable and super smart.
anita says
PAINT MY PET! We have a Boston Terrier. Our three boys keep her on the run.
Jennifer says
PAINT MY PET! I’d love to have a picture of my mini-macaw painted. He’s a ham and poses everytime he sees a camera. He also says over a hundred words and phrases and is a complete diva. He’s also a bright green color which would be great in a picture.
Annie says
PAINT MY PET! My husband and I have a 3 year old fox red retriever named Rookie. Rookie Bear as we call him is our baby. :) He’s my 80lb lap dog, my husband’s hunting partner, our daily entertainment and our first baby as we await a pregnancy. I would LOVE a painting of Rookie to always remember him and his floppy ears! :)
Jennifer H says
PAINT MY PET!
Happy for the Canadian Give away!
I would have my fur baby painted of course. Her name is Alice? Since she is a mutt there is no other dog that looks like her, Border collie markings and Build of a Lab. She is also super sweet as there is the human 15 month old baby Olivia running around sitting on her pulling ears and tail and Alice doesn’t even bat a whisker at her all she asked is that she gets the food on the floor.
Deborah T. says
PAINT MY PET!
My dog Sausage, he’s the only pet I’ve ever had…and well, he’s a keeper!

PAINT MY PET! please :)
Robin says
PAINT MY PET!! My husband and I had a wonderful border collie when we first got married, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to keep her (We rehomed her to a farm with pigs and a bunch of other dogs. I was heartbroken, but she was better off there.) She was so sweet, even when our first son came along. I really wish we could’ve kept her… :(
Laura U says
Paint my pet! We would love a portrait of our adopted golden mix, Slim! He is our resident clown, tag partner, pillow, and our loyal pal. He is an incredible dog. We couldn’t love him more!

PAINT MY PET!
I’d get my pup, Blue painted.
His love for expiration and adventure keeps me inspired :-)
Kelsey says
PAINT MY PET!!! I would definitely get a portrait of my sweet springer spaniel Barrett. He is such a part of our family and sleeps in the middle of my husband and me every night! So much for cuddling…
Heidi says
PAINT MY PET!!! We’ve got a couple of rescue pups, Charlie and Lucy, both girls. Lucy is a nut bar that is just as happy doing laps around the coffee table as she is running in the back yard, oh and she knocked out her own bottom tooth. Charlie is much calmer, likes to talk and has perfected her exasperated sigh since Lucy came along. They’re the perfect odd couple, I couldn’t imagine our house without them!
Amy P. says
PAINT MY PET! I would love to win a painting of my sweet rescue dog Reno. He is a golden retriever mix. The best thing about Reno is that he is my one year old daughter’s big brother, playmate, and best friend.
kjpugs says
PAINT MY PET!
I have two pugs and a bugg. I think Dixie Bugg (boston/pug mix) wins if we win, since she has survived cancer TWICE since we got her and last dental surgery lost all her front bottom teeth! There’s not a braver or cuter face out there :)
Heather Durden says
PAINT MY PET! My dog Flash is the most amazing dog ever he has been with my husband and I through 2 deployments, many moves, graduate school, and now during pregnancy with our first human child. He seems to want to always know when you’re down and snuggles you and makes you feel better.
Kelly G says
Paint my pets… Penny and Desmond! They are our two lovable terrier mutts that we adopted from the Humane Society. They were our first babies and now they are great buddies to our two year old daughter. Every night when I give my daughter her bath, Desmond stands guard by the tub while Penny “warms up” her bed. I love how caring and protective they are with her.
Robyn R. says
PAINT MY PET! Maddie, our little brown rescue pup who has been my best friend for five years, would be our subject. She’s neurotic, emotional, and attached (like Velcro), and we love her just the way she is!
Paige says
PAINT MY PET!
I’d get my black lab/boxer, Blue, painted.
Even though he wakes me up every morning before 8 to go to the bathroom – I love him ;-)
Staci says
PAINT MY PET!
Toby the 12 year old Lhasa Apso loves to sleep snuggled up next to someone especially if they’re snuggled under a blanket. He licks like a madman, but that’s just one of his crazy quirks that we love!
Sharon Roberts says
PAINT MY PET!!!!
Cosmo is the most handsome Toy Fox Terrier ever!
He is also the head of our homeland security team,
and totally deserving of a portrait!!
Shelley says
**Paint My Pet** I would love a painted picture of our dog Kirby, who passed away almost 2 years ago.
TKat says
