    I’M HAUTE!

    I got a brand new Simmons pillow top queen mattress at Macy’s for $150 (that’s almost 90% off retail!) There was a small tear on the side lining which I knew would be a cinch to fix myself. When I mentioned the tear they said the mattress shouldn’t be on the showroom floor and they’d find me another one. I said I wanted it anyway and voila they offered it to me for $150 rather than sending it “out to pasture.”

    I think our best home improvement deal was scoring a discount on our kitchen cabinets even though we didn’t technically qualify, we had to come back twice due to an employee missing our appt, so I think they took pity on us and in turn we got a fantastic deal!

    A friend of ours was having a problem with his grill so he went out and bought a new one. We said we would take his old one… Low and behold, it was a bad propane tank… So we got a free Weber grill =)

    I scored the best deal on my couch. Got it for free! Not only does it seat three people comfortably, but it is the best couch to nap on and fold outs into a bed. Score!

    I’m Haute!! My mom likes to redo her furniture and decor every few years. Most of the furniture in our home was just given to us by her as a result and thankfully she has fabulous taste.

    I’M HAUTE!

    I walked into a PB Outlet ready to sink $400 into a TV console table. Come to find out, it had been discounted again in the week since I had been there last and scored the TV console table and a coffee table for under $300. Big high five over here! I felt like I could do anything that day!

    I’m Haute!

    About 4 or 5 years ago, when designer jeans like 7’s and Citizens were becoming very popular, I was shopping in a local Goodwill. I came across a pair of 7’s in my exact size! These retailed for $120 at the time, and I scored them for $4! I was so excited, you would have thought I won the lottery.

    A friend who works for a hotel brand scored us 50% off our entire honeymoon stay… maybe we’ll get the same deal for our 5 yr anniversary?! :)

    IM HAUTE! The best deal I got was hand me downs from my family. My parents were always generous and passed their things to friends. Now that I am older I have gotten them again and recently scored some yellow glasses they had on their wedding registry that look straight out of anthropologie. And only 35 years of waiting!

    I bought a $160 white monkey statue at ZGallery for $40. I didn’t even know it was on clearance and thought it was $160. Obviously when I got to the register I was very happy to see that it was 75% off!
