And that’s the idea behind HouseTalent, a free site where you can easily upload before pics, progress shots, and after photos of the DIYs that are going on in your digs. The friendly interface makes browsing other peoples’ accomplishments just as easy as uploading your own inspiration – from small furniture builds to major room overhauls. And to help you get some of your projects ready to share, HouseTalent is giving away a $250 gift card to World Market this week. Speaking of the world, this giveaway is available internationally – so if World Market doesn’t ship to you, you can select a local alternative for your gift card.

    I’m actually very good at memorizing numbers.. I almost never forget friends phone numbers and street addresses, as well as my own cradit cards and such!

    I have the weird ability to remember birthdays, including people from elementary school that I haven’t spoken to in 25+ years, kids of my friends, former coworkers…

    I’m talented!

    As a kid (9 yrs old) I taught myself to french braid my own hair while lying in bed one night because I thought my mom was too rough when she did it! Funny thing was it was a reverse french braid and had to later teach myself to do a regular french braid while looking in a mirror!

    My special talent is painting – whether that be landscapes with oil paint or painting a wall without taping!

    I’m Talented!
    I can actually sing pretty well – but I only really sing with my toddler these days (no stage fright, and I’m pretty awesome at “Six Little Ducks” if I say so myself)

    I’M TALENTED! I bake cakes. I don’t sell them because it seems silly to sell something that I make so easily, but everyone tells me I should. So I guess that’s a talent, right? =)

    I can clap with one hand. I know super cool right? My husband likes to embarrass me by having me do it for his brothers all the time. Admit it…you’re jealous. :)
