And that’s the idea behind HouseTalent, a free site where you can easily upload before pics, progress shots, and after photos of the DIYs that are going on in your digs. The friendly interface makes browsing other peoples’ accomplishments just as easy as uploading your own inspiration – from small furniture builds to major room overhauls. And to help you get some of your projects ready to share, HouseTalent is giving away a $250 gift card to World Market this week. Speaking of the world, this giveaway is available internationally – so if World Market doesn’t ship to you, you can select a local alternative for your gift card.

    I have an uncanny talent of picking the one cart at the grocery store with the squeaky wheel. Preventing me from speed shopping, instead I end up squeak shopping.

    I play the french horn and trumpet, and I can make noise out of pretty much any other instrument, but I’m not sure how to actually play notes in most of them.
    I loved being in the band growing up.
