And that’s the idea behind HouseTalent, a free site where you can easily upload before pics, progress shots, and after photos of the DIYs that are going on in your digs. The friendly interface makes browsing other peoples’ accomplishments just as easy as uploading your own inspiration – from small furniture builds to major room overhauls. And to help you get some of your projects ready to share, HouseTalent is giving away a $250 gift card to World Market this week. Speaking of the world, this giveaway is available internationally – so if World Market doesn’t ship to you, you can select a local alternative for your gift card.

    I’M TALENTED!

    I used to have the most amazing memory but my brain got broken or something so now my favorite talent is the ability to make up ridiculous lyrics to existing melodies for whatever situation I’m in. Life with me is like living in a nonsense filled musical.

    I’m talented! I can sew! So I taught myself to sew but I like to still think of it as a talent. :) Now if only I had time to sew all the things I want to with two kids under 2…

    I’M TALENTED…..I love music-singing and playing the piano especially, although I’m a little out of the practice these days since I’m busy chasing a toddler and decorating our new home! :)
