And that’s the idea behind HouseTalent, a free site where you can easily upload before pics, progress shots, and after photos of the DIYs that are going on in your digs. The friendly interface makes browsing other peoples’ accomplishments just as easy as uploading your own inspiration – from small furniture builds to major room overhauls. And to help you get some of your projects ready to share, HouseTalent is giving away a $250 gift card to World Market this week. Speaking of the world, this giveaway is available internationally – so if World Market doesn’t ship to you, you can select a local alternative for your gift card.

    I’M TALENTED!

    I guess my talent is my memory… I can remember people’s birthdays like nobody’s business. 5th grade best friend? 4/10. 7-9th grade crush? 10/29. College roommates? 12/10 and 3/22.

    I’M TALENTED – I play piano, hand drums, various songs on the guitar (Dave Matthews and Ingrid Michaelson only) and I sing. Huzzah!

    I’m Talented!

    My sense of direction is top notch! I rarely get lost and I can always help people with directions. I think it’s because I have always loved maps and sometimes I just look at atlases for fun!

    I’M TALENTED!…I can sing and play piano. It’s no American Idol situation, but I love it and did it publicly for years. I stopped playing when I got married and had kids. I’m dying to revisit that part of myself!

    I’m talented! My dog and I compete in K9 Nose Work, and together we can find a tiny scented Q-tip in a whole row of cars, or in an entire elementary school library, or almost anywhere else you can imagine. (Technically the dog is the talented one here, but I have awesome hot-dog-delivery skills!)

    I’M TALENTED! I’m pretty much the best hula-hooper I know. I even won hula hoop contests as a child. Don’t judge me for being in hula hoop contests :)

    I’M TALENTED!

    Hmm…I’m so observant my husband thinks I’ve been trained to be somehow! Does that count as a talent?! :) I wish so badly that I could sing!!
