    I’m Bold!

I homeschool my kids, and especially now that 2 of them are teens that is pretty bold. When I started out homeschooling was seen as pretty fringe, out there thing to do and I got a lot of flack for it. Our family thrives, everyone is happy and doing well, and my oldest graduates high school next year!

When diagnosed with Type I Diabetes at age 10, I refused to let anyone else give me injections and insisted on doing it myself. Thousands of shots and fifteen years later, I’m an injection expert and a very healthy pump-wearer.

    I’m Bold!!!

My room at my mother’s house is orange, butter yellow with jewel tone accents. It has an Indian design theme. The doors are even covered in leather and bordered with upholstery tacks.

I have studied abroad in Costa Rica (unfortunately I could only afford the three week trip) and lived with a wonderful host family!

I also moved from a small town to San Francisco with my boyfriend before I even found a job.
