Fab Freebie: The Target Lady

I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

We don’t really need to waste time reminding you guys how much we love Target (we’ve got about a million posts like this and this to prove it). I even created this graphic to try to convey how excited we are:

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. She’s even got a bunch of tip-filled videos over on Target’s styleboutique blog.

    My favorite Target item would have to be the jeans I picked up for my son. Who doesn’t love a toddler in carpenter jeans? They’re a great price and super cute.

    I’m a Target lady! And I think one of my best ever Target scores (SO many to select from) – was a bamboo lamp my sister and I got for our shared bedroom back in high school. Ten years later, it’s now in my kitchen and adorned with vintage cupcake toppers and pins of my great grandmother’s.

    I’M A TARGET LADY! I have been eyeing some new furniture from Target for our living room!

    My favorite recent Target item is a blanket a friend bought for my son when he was born. She’s now due with a girl so I found a similar pink one to give her when her baby arrives!

    I grew up a block away from a Target store. Now if I don’t live within 5 miles of a Target, it doesn’t quite feel like home.

    Best recent purchase at Target: $15 boots that I wear all the time and get so many compliments on. Love the surprised reaction I get when I tell people where I actually got them from.

    I once got a bunch (like 20) melamine type christmas plates with really cute images – kids wearing Rudolph noses is one. They were 20 cents each!!

    I use them to bring goodies to holiday parties.

    I can’t think of my favorite item purchased from Target at the moment. A few days ago, I recognized my cashier as someone I’d had a few times, and when she said she’d only been working there a week, I realized it was my fourth trip that week!

    I’m a Target Lady! I really like that they carry the Method line of cleaning products. I LOVE them and could probably knock out that $100 gift card in one fell swoop. :)

    I’M A TARGET LADY!! I love everything at target. I would have to say that my exotic retreat bookcase from Target is my favorite purchase. I go to Target at least three times a week because I work right next door to one so this gift card would be awesome!!

    I’m a Target lady!

    What’s not to love about Target? When shopping for my wedding, I scored gorgeous strings of cafe lights (perfect for our “indoor garden party”) for a mere $1 a box. Love it.

    I have a million great Target finds, but my most recent favorite is a beautiful white garden stool purchased on clearance for $12! I’ve seen identical ones for well over $100.

    I have a set of silver servingware that I love to break out every year for our Christmas parties since it looks great with our silver holiday decor! People are always surprised to hear it is from Target :)

    Recently ordered a mirrored console table that I hope arrives by Thanksgiving! I love Target, and as we have recently moved don’t have one here in the mountains…. so it is online or a 45 minute drive. Which is totally worth it, obvi!

    There is nothing I don’t love about Target. Recently my favorite purchase is the yellow flower pillows you guys also have. I can’t leave Target without spending $50 at least. Now that I’m expecting a baby in 4 weeks its like I live there.

    I have a quilted comforter that I LOVE and I’m also obsessed with the classic cardigan- it’s super cheap and I have about five of them. I love my cardigans.
