Fab Freebie: The Target Lady

I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

We don’t really need to waste time reminding you guys how much we love Target (we’ve got about a million posts like this and this to prove it). I even created this graphic to try to convey how excited we are:

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. She’s even got a bunch of tip-filled videos over on Target’s styleboutique blog.

    “I’M A TARGET LADY” I got a Merona dress from there and it happens to be one of my favorite! I wear it to work a lot and nobody ever believes me when I say I got it from Target!

    Target is my favorite store so I have a lot from there, but I would have to say my favorite item from Target is the cabinet in our basement bathroom. It’s affordable,sylish and functional!

    Hmmm, favorite Target item…tricky question as I have TONS to choose from. But if push came to shove, I’d have to go with our Christmas tree ornaments. We have a mixed bin of shatter proof ones that I adore and were probably $2.00 at an after Christmas sale. Love Target!

    I’M A TARGET LADY!

    I just got a great wool peacoat for $35! But, my fav. Target finds are post-holiday clearance items. I got a huge spider for Halloween last year, a glass platter for holiday dinners several years ago (I display it year-round since it’s just clear/gold glass), and last year I scored Christmas themed dessert plates!

    My house is practically a target ad! My husband has all but banned me from entering Target because I never get out of there under $50! But my favorite purchases are actually the cheap movies, I adore splurging on a $5 movie for my hubs!

    We used to joke when we were little about having to hold the steering wheel so our mom didn’t turn the car into the target parking lot every time we drove by…now I can hardly pass a Target without feeling the urge to just stop in!

    I’m a Target Lady! There might be too many favorites to list, but my John Derian plate and the super cute flannel I scored last weekend are high on my list right now. My favorite thing about Target, though, is that I walk in for shampoo and walk out with a least two other great items I didn’t know I needed! :)

    I love shopping at Target. They have so many great things. Probably some of my favorite things would be the trash can and shower curtain we got for our new bathroom we just built in the basement.

    My favorite Target purchase has got to be anything from their dollar bins- I head into the store for a greeting card or baking soda and come out with so much more from the lovely $1 bins!

    I’m a Target Lady. I get bunches of stuff there. One of my favorites was a brown sweater for $4! And I also found Ancho Chili Powder there…I know that seems really weird, but we couldn’t find it anywhere! Lo and behold, Target delivered. :)

    Fave Target item is a shoe rack I bought in Omaha and brought home to Alaska in my luggage, 7 years ago. We didn’t have Target in Anchorage at that point; now that we do, it’s O Happy Day!
