Fab Freebie: The Target Lady

I love today. Not just because it’s my 29th birthday, but because we are giving away a gift card to (drumroll, por favor)… TARGET!

We don’t really need to waste time reminding you guys how much we love Target (we’ve got about a million posts like this and this to prove it). I even created this graphic to try to convey how excited we are:

And while I always love a good opportunity to reference SNL’s Target Lady, this time I’m going to mention a different woman paired up with the red bullseye: HGTV’s Sabrina Soto. Sabrina is Target’s “Style Expert for Home,” which means she’s serving up design tips to to those of us who like affordable Tar-jay wares and coming home to a stylish space. She’s even got a bunch of tip-filled videos over on Target’s styleboutique blog.

    I’M A TARGET LADY!!! I wanted a pair of ottoman’s but didn’t want to spend $70 a piece, I watched them until I scored tehm at $30 a piece. They are perfect size for the baby toys and my living room!

    I can’t pick a favorite thing from Tar-jay. I knew I’d miss it, but I didn’t realize how much I would when moving to someplace without it!! Thank goodness for target.com!

    My favorite item from Target (other than my e.l.f. cosmetics) is the adorable bronze piggy bank I got for my husband… he calls it his tattoo fund. :)

    I’m a Target lady!

    One of my favorite items purchased from Target is a huge canvas that I got for my office. It was normally over $30, and I got it for about $7.50. It is bright and modern, and helps to make my office feel much more like home!

    “I’m a Target lady!” Best item purchased at Target was this year for Halloween. I made my 6’10 husband wear the Toy Story Woody Costume for Halloween. It was HILARIOUS! Poor hubby. :)

    I absolutely love scoring awesome clearance items from there. Especially baskets — you can stick anything in them! I found a set of three the other day for $14. Perfection!

    I buy a LOT of clothes at Target — and shoes. I love it because I can run in and grab something new whenever I need something for an event or meeting.

    I am the epitome of a Target Lady. ;) Minus the bad hair and Meenesooota accent.

    My favorite Target purchases, which were actually Christmas gifts from my mom last year, are the two DwellStudio for Target yellow+grey pillows that sit on my bed. They are incredibly cheery and beautiful at the same time.

    I’m a Target lady! My favorite find at Target is a pair of Nick and Nora pjs with monkeys on them…nothing special, but they bring a smile to my face every time I see them! That’s money well spent;)

    I love everything in Target. I love that I can pick up my necessities and one or two things for the house that will brighten the room again. I have found great decorative pillows, table runner and small area rugs. They are so affordable you can change it up on a seasonal basis. Happy Shopping!

    My favorite thing, hmmm, would have to be this set of pj’s I got from Target on Black Friday. They are cute AND comfy, and now I wish I’d bought every set they had because I haven’t seen them since!

    I love everything I find at Target, especially the prices! I think my favorite things I got there were materials to help me with a DIY project. I bought a vintage trunk at an estate sale, and then bought materials at Target (calendars, mod podge, etc.) to cover it in decoupaged vintage-looking travel ads! It’s my best conversation piece, and everybody wants to buy it from me! I wish I could include a picture.

    awesome giveaway! i buy so much stuff from target, it’s really difficult to decide on one favorite item. i got a sweater there earlier this year that probably gets the most use – but after christmas a few years ago i picked up a set of awesome metal reindeer decorations for 50% off.
