Clearly I’m not the only one who loves a good writing utensil (and Target card) as this giveaway reached our 10,000 entry cap within just 24 hours. Nice work team! So that means we get to crown a winner early. That lucky writer is… Heather F (who “writes notes on the back of envelopes and then loses them. Argh.”) Congrats Heather!

This sounds kinda weird, but I’m very particular about my writing tools. So when the folks at Pilot noticed that we tend to write with their products, they wanted to thank us by passing some freebies along. But you know we don’t take them, so we’re paying it forward in the form of a $500 prize to one of you. Now, before you start figuring out what the heck you’re gonna do with $500 worth of pens – let me stop you. While they’ll keep your hands busy with a variety of pens and highlighters (even some erasable varieties) they’re also gonna let our lucky winner pick out $150 worth of Levenger notebooks and organizers (since we could all use a little organization this time of year). Oh, and to round out the $500 prize, how does a $200 Target gift card sound? That way you can pick up any other items you need to get 2013 off to a productive and organized start.

    Pilot me! I use a hybrid method….digital for more fluid notetaking suchas as grocery lists and reminders but I use a notebook for jotting down more longterm notes that i will need to reference multiple times.

    PILOT ME! I like pen & paper – the Pilot G2 pens and mechanical pencils are my favorites, and my go-to notebooks are Levenger Circa ones.

    PILOT ME!!!!!
    After a recent incident involving our plumber, a toilet, and MY smart phone, I am so happy that I not only track my life digitally, but ALWAYS have a notebook and several pens and pencils in my purse! Whew! It was bad enough but if it weren’t for my paper, pen, pencil obsession; it would have been a nightmare!!!!

    PILOT ME!

    I am a pen snob. The only pens I use are Pilot fine point pens. I love them in black ink. I had a customer of mine leave behind her Pilot pen and I have been addicted to them ever since and that was over 10 years ago!

    Pilot me! Once, I stole a super smooth pilot pen in a restaurant which the waitress gave with the check. She knew I stole it from the way she looked at me and it was SOOO awkward but I endured the awkwardness and kept the pen because that’s how much I love a good pen. Oh also, that’s what my father-in-law gifts me every year– pilot pens.

    Pilot me! I have an iPhone, but still love using physical paper and pens for shopping lists, notes and reminders. At home I fancy it up with cute stationary – right now my shopping list has a background of colorful bubbles!

    PILOT ME! I am a teacher and I write notes CONSTANTLY so I don’t forget things. Post It’s on my laptop are my favorite, because then they can’t get lost in the craziness of the day!

    Pilot me! I love pencils (recently bought some red and purple fuzzy ones at Target!) and fine point felt tip pens! …oh, and markers, and colored pencils….
