Fab Freebie: Uncommon Areas

What fun is a house without a little weird in it? For those homes lacking some quirk, uniqueness, or “points of interest” then this week’s $250 gift card to UncommonGoods may do the trick.     Hey, I love the ease of rafflecopter, but how does it know who I am? I don’t recall ever signing up with them yet it has my name already. Just curious!

      No idea! Maybe on another blog you used it? Or if you’re on Facebook it recognizes you? I know it doesn’t reveal info (no spam, mailing lists, etc) so you don’t have to worry about Rafflecopter leaking your info ;)

      It’s more about wanting to make sure it has the right info for contacting me in case I’m ever lucky enough to win! I use chrome so I’m logged into google all the time, maybe that’s it?

    I have a paper mache mummy that I made out of a Jordan Knight doll in 1992 and painted to look like an Egyptian pharaoh hanging out in my china hutch. It sits right next to my Harry Potter wand. :).

    Easy to use tool but I miss the giveaway question you always asked. I guess I’ll just post/answer my own question :)

    What is the weirdest style you ever tired?

    Back in the 90’s when I tired to look like a “skater” (vans, billabong, bowl cut) but didn’t know how to skateboard.

      So far we have loved it! It seems faster/easier for you guys (or so we hear) and it saves us time too! Most of all, I love that we no longer have to close entries at 10,000 – we can keep going without the site crashing anymore!

    I bought most of my Christmas presents from UG last year! The ‘Awkward Family Photos’ game is awesome! And the guitar pick punch, the marble wall coaster game, the paint your own starry night for kids, the spirograph thing… LOVE Uncommon Goods!

    I love the Texas pillow. I live in Michigan so I suppose it wouldn’t be too hard to D.I.Y. a mitten shaped one on the sewing machine.

    This is one of my FAVORITE places to get gifts for people. Everything is so unique! Last year my husband got me this beautiful scarf from Uncommon Goods that was made from recycled sari material. I always get comments on it – nice giveaway!!!

    I’m not sure why, for some reason this will not open for me. All the pictures are just a square with a little blue square in the middle. :-/. I have a message at the bottom, above this box, that says this page is not available with Google Chrome. I PRAY this is not a change with Google, cause I love it, and I LOVE YOU GUYS. I wait anxiously for your daily posts. :-D Is anyone else having this problem???

    Love Uncommon Goods! My favorite item from there is the Urbano Eco trash can. You can stack plastic grocery bags on the handles then pull one up at a time, it’s so convenient!

    I like the ease of Rafflecopter, but do miss the questions!
