Fab Freebies: Family Ties

And according to random.org, our trio of winners are… Alicia (whose family all shares their mom’s dark eyes), Sondra (who feels like she gave birth to three exact clones of her husband) and Erica (whose first two kids have her eyes, but the third got daddy’s). This giveaway combines some of our favorite things: silhouettes, colorful art, and family (if there were a ceramic animal or a map involved, our heads might explode). So needless to say, this prize from Etsy seller Genuinely Yours gets us going. She designs graphic prints that are customized to feature your family, your choice of color, and even your preferred language (good thing, since this prize goes anywhere in the world). So this week THREE of you can pick either her modern spin on the family tree or her silhouette-y take on the family portrait (she does couples too).

    Family ME! My husband and I are what makes up my family now, and we both have a sarcastic humor, and we are both accountants…so this would be an awesome prize since we are both penny pinchers. :-)

    FAMILY ME! We all love to cook and eat southern food!! Being from south our favorite past time is to get out my nanny’s old cast iron pan and fry up anything we can …from chicken to pickles to tomatoes to homemade donuts :)

But a growing family is coming soon, so it’d be great to get a snapshot of our current family, so we can look back and see how much we’ve grown (as a family). As for common traits, we both love the outdoors and make each other laugh every day!

    My family is known for being very close and happy! We don’t do drama! We love each other and work through differences and are open and honest! But, the biggest thing that draws us together is our beliefs! We are united through that and ultimately this has brought us to where we are!

    Family Me!!

    Unfortunately, my mother passed on to me super-pale, not-tan-able skin. I have finally embraced it, but through my teens and twenties, I hated being so “pasty”! Now I prefer to call my color “porcelain.” :)

    FAMILY ME…God has blessed me with my fiancé and soon to be step-son oh and don’t forget our 2 puppies!!! They are amazing and I could not of asked for a more loving and accepting family.

    FAMILY ME! Our family is tied together by home, which is the farm we all grew up on. There are now five generations of family that have lived on the farm and no matter where we go, it will always be “home”.
