Well, our new washer and dryer have arrived! And we promised to share how the installation went, what we did with the floors under them, and how we like them so far (that’s where things really get interesting). We realized a few days ago that we’ve had a whole bunch of different laundry situations. In our first house we had front loaders with a counter…
In our second house we had stacked front loaders with cubbies next to them…
… and in this house we’ve had top loaders with cabinetry above them. Here are the new guys sitting pretty (although not quite as pretty as the others since we haven’t tackled the rest of this nook yet).
Honestly, each of these setups have had pros and cons:
- We loved having a counter over our first house’s front loaders, but it usually ended up cluttered with stuff (it became sort of a dump-this-here-until-we-deal-with-it-later zone). And this setup required the most bending, which wasn’t that bad at the time, but now that we’ve had top loaders a while, we definitely can appreciate less of that.
- Our stacked loaders were nice because we had cubbies for storing everything we needed, which didn’t tend to get cluttered like the counter (there just wasn’t space to drop grocery bags, returns, and other random items there). There was still a fair amount of bending and lifting when it came to doing laundry, but again – at the time it was just fine, and we really only realized how nice top loaders were once we moved here.
- The obvious con to top loaders is that there’s no place for a counter, which we did really like having, but we still have the top of the dryer to work with (we can put the laundry basket there for example – or lay things out to air dry). The cabinets might be our favorite storage solution (as compared to open cubbies or pull-up blinds) just because everything is tucked out of view but still really easy-access.
*Note: We got some questions on Friday’s post about why we don’t bring our appliances with us when we move. It seems to be one of those regional things. Here people tend to leave them, but it’s not like you leave nice ones without getting anything in return for them – it’s just factored into the listing price here (a seller can command a higher asking price by saying “there are new top of the line appliances” which obviously add a lot of appeal/value).
But now onto our new washer and dryer! When it came to delivery, the guys were really nice, although I did realize about half-way through it that I needed to lay down a dropcloth to protect the runner, even though they wore those nice little shoe-booties (the runner was getting dripped on by the old appliances as they came down – but it was thankfully nothing I couldn’t just wipe down to remove). With the booties/dropcloth combo it looks like a slip-n-slide situation (I begged them to take off their booties because I was afraid they’d fall) but thankfully they went slow and steady and all was fine. Turns out I’m just a worry wart.
You might remember that we couldn’t wait to get the old appliances up and out of there so we could finally replace the old pan under the washer and remove the remaining carpet scraps that were sitting under the dryer.
We decided that laying down some thick 3/4″ plywood (which is the same depth as our hardwoods) would be a nice way to give that particle-board subflooring a more finished look – especially since we could stain it to match the floors so well (we used one coat of Dark Walnut followed by three coats of SafeCoat Acrylacq to seal them). We actually added plywood under our last washer and dryer (more on that here) since we heard it was easier on them to have reinforced flooring (something about them lasting longer) so we’re hoping it gives these a leg-up.
As soon as the guys carried our old appliances downstairs we ran up into the laundry nook for a quick floor presto-change-o, which we did in a blind panic because we knew it would only take them a few minutes to get the old ones downstairs and the new ones upstairs. First we had to remove the old carpeting, which was more secure than we expected (John actually had to scrape up the staples in a mad-dash after we yanked up the carpet and underlayment). Look at him go:
Then we had to get the boards down. Here’s the first one going in. We had pre-measured them and stained/sealed them beforehand so they were all ready to slide into place when the appliances came up.
The second one went right in after the first, but there’s still a small gap that we have to fill where the molding jutted out too far for us to get a flush result. We hope it’ll look nice and complete once we slide that missing piece in (we’re just going to cut one more slice of plywood and stain it to match). Wish we had time to prime and paint that blue trim hiding in the nook while the old washers were out, but it might have to wait for a rainy day…
When you step a little further back, you can hardly tell it’s not the same hardwood flooring running under those appliances (we didn’t photoshop the crack out of this pic, it’s just barely noticeable from this distance). And we’re really happy with how well the color matches. We also plan to add some nice white folding doors (there were some blue ones hanging there originally) so that’s another reason we thought the subtle flooring change should work really well.
As for leak protection, since these guys are on the second floor (and we REALLY REALLY don’t want them to cause damage to anything below them, we were sure to place the washer in a plastic water-catching basin and also upgraded to those nicer reinforced steel water lines instead of the plastic ones.
The crazy thing is that during installation there was actually a small leak where it was attached to our water line, but we caught it while the installer was still here, and he ducked back there and fixed it by tightening things a little. The lesson? Check those lines!
So now onto the fun stuff: how we like our new washer and dryer! Well, we LOVE the dryer so far. It has been quieter, has a much larger capacity, doesn’t shrink things nearly as much as our older one did (that one practically “burned” things and this one has a heat sensor so it doesn’t over-dry). I also love the charming little chime sound it makes when it’s done (which can still be silenced, but it’s so much better than the loud buzz that our old one made).
We also really like the digital setup of the washer and the dryer. It’s easy to see things, like how long each cycle still has left.
The washer’s capacity is also really awesome. It fits a lot more than any of our previous models (especially the old one we were replacing).
And now for the womp-womp. Remember how I worried that bad things happen in threes? Well, our new washer is broken. I’ll pause for effect, as I quietly weep into my dirty laundry pile. The installation just included starting it to make sure there were no leaks when it filled up, but they didn’t stay to watch it run a full cycle (which is completely understandable… that would be close to an hour of washer-watching time).
So imagine our surprise when we ran our first real load of laundry well after they had pulled out of our driveway and heard a crazy-loud grinding sound during the wash cycle (whenever the agitator is moving, there’s this jarring metal-against-metal sound). You can hear it all the way from downstairs with the TV or radio blaring.
I woefully called Home Depot to tell them we already had a problem and they told us to call Maytag, who told us they could get a tech out in seven days. Ack! A full week without a working washer after buying a new one and expecting it to run without issue? I sweetly asked if they could get that service call moved up a bit since we were expecting a working machine upon delivery (our laundry had built-up a bunch already, so the prospect of another seven days of waiting stunk) and they said we could call Home Depot and see if they could do anything. I explained that I called them first, but would try one more time.
Well, when HD heard it was going to be a week until Maytag could make a service call (which might not even fix things, it might just diagnose that I needed a new machine, which then had to be ordered) – I could feel them trying to work something out for me, which I really appreciated. They had mercy on my sweet laundry-missing soul and agreed to take back the first one and deliver a new one on Thursday.
I’m really happy with Home Depot’s customer service (I’m sure it’s a lot easier for them to just say “call Maytag, it’s a mechanical issue that they’re supposed to handle) and I have to be honest that I wish Maytag had been able to come out for a service call within 48 hours or so, which is what I expected when my brain reached that “oh snap, our brand new washer is broken” moment.
So that’s where we are. Still sleepless in Seattle washerless in Richmond, but we love our dryer and the new flooring under it. And here’s hoping that by Thursday I’ll be whistling while I work that new washer. I’ve never looked forward to doing laundry this much in my life! Have you guys had any unexpected delivery or new-appliance issues? We’re happier than ever that ours have a one-year warranty given this little curve-ball, but we hope this third house snafu means we have all of our bad luck out of the way for a while…
*************************************
Sidenote: We’d love to see you guys this weekend at the Richmond Home & Garden Show! We’re speaking at 2pm on Saturday and Sunday (with a book signing following Saturday’s talk). You can get half-price tickets online right here. Oh and they gave us the shock of our life when we were driving down the highway and saw our giant faces on a billboard.
Seriously, we screamed so loud it probably scared other drivers. It’s exciting, unbelievable, and terrifying to see your own mug that big.

I feel ya! I’m still trying to get my washer and dryer, after waiting weeks and weeks for it. We picked out a very nice washer and dryer with pedestals from Sears, and have been dealing with kind of crummy service from their warehouse. Got automated calls 3 times so far with delivery dates, and after waiting hours and hours, called and no machines. Three different times!! Finally got a manager on the phone after waiting 35 minutes, and she blamed it on a highway accident and snow. Got a 4th automated phone call, and when I checked with the warehouse, only 1/2 of the order came in. I cancelled that so all of the pieces could be delivered at the same time (our laundry room is tiny )and I figured it would be easier if everything was put in place at once. Now we are just waiting for another automated call. Not a fun experience so far :( I’ve got my fingers crossed now after hearing your story that they all work!

Have you guys brainstormed any other laudry room ideas other than the flooring and doors? Your setup is very similar to mine!
YoungHouseLove says
We’ve chatted about painting the cabinets, new hardware, and either some shelves or a hanging bar to balance things out on the side without cabinetry. Haven’t thought much about it yet since we didn’t expect our washer to give up the ghost so quickly though! Haha!

I hate it when that happens – three strokes of appliance issues. I think they all gather at night and decide when they’ll quit, and they try to make their issues as dramatic as possible.
Will we be able to buy your book at the show on Saturday and get it signed then?
YoungHouseLove says
Yes, they’ll be selling them for the signing. It’s a local book store who’s doing it (Fountain) and we LOVE supporting them with local events like this!

So sorry about your washer:( we had a similar experience with our fridge. We needed one for our new house. We could not find one from craigslist. So Some friends had mercy on us and gave us their extra one which broke on the way to our house. So we broke down and bought a new one. We put it on our brand new laminate floor we had just installed and it leaked all over the floor. Whirlpool ended coming out twice to fix that and another problem. Way to get them to replace it!!
YoungHouseLove says
Wow, it stinks that you had to go through that Julia!

Looks great. Very impressed with your smart floor change. Did you think of hanging a closet rod between the right wall and side of cabinets for hanging up shirts and stuff to dry? Bet you did but your waiting to paint the cabinet white first ?

Yes, we have a bunch of updates we’re thinking about in there. Maybe after the nursery is done we’ll bounce over to this nook!

Love the new washer & dryer. The same thing happened when we had to get a new washer last fall. The first one didnt work almost immediately. I didnt play as nice as you though…I took it back to Lowes immediately and refused to leave without a new one. (Ha…not my finest moment)

Hahaha…love the name of this post! Takes me back to high school :) So sorry to hear about your washer woes. Hoping you get it all straightened out soon!

Our top loading washer made a noise like that…it was awful!…but it was because a little round washer had fallen out of a pocket and gotten stuck in the bottom groove between the walls and the agitator. Yours is probably something different as it hasn’t been subjected to the contents of a 3 year old’s pocket yet. :) I hope you get your new one soon!!
Heather says
Could it be a shipping rod? I’ve had that happen a time or two and it was usually a shipping rod that wasn’t removed in there causing the racket. Glad they are going to give you a new one though! :-)
YoungHouseLove says
Thanks for all the bolt or rod removal tips guys! We double checked and nothing that should have been removed is still there, so we think it’s an issue with the agitator during the wash cycle.

That new flooring looks great. That stinks that the new washer was a broken though. We are going to have to find a new washer/dryer soon too. We just moved in and realized our new-to-us washer does not always wring the clothes out so very well and our dryer just doesn’t know when to stop. It will keep going until we stop it. Definitely adding “countdown timer” to my list of wants when we go shopping!!
Maybe until the new one comes on Thursday, you can have a pajama day or a costume day with Clara and Burger! :)

I’ve been silently following your blog for some time now. (I’m always too nervous that I’ll write something silly to comment on blogs!) Though, I couldn’t resist telling you how excited I am! I just convinced my husband to drive up from NC this weekend to see you all at the Home and Garden show! Between our own projects at home when I quote “Well, on Young House Love they did it this way…..” or when the wives get together and he hears “Did you see that post on Young House Love about the five essential tools we should have? Did you see that light in the foyer!” etc. etc. He couldn’t really tell me no! :-) Such an unexpected, fun weekend activity! Thanks for the heads up!

I’ve never left a comment on a blog before so you know that I have something to share. When my husband and I built our house five years ago we had the plans altered by a draftsman. Our master closet is huge, on the main floor, and directly under the kids’ bathroom upstairs. I realized that we could put the laundry room in our closet and have a laundry shoot that connects the upstairs bath with our master closet! This is on of my favorite features in our house (we have 4 kids and tons of laundry). I decided to stack the washer and dryer to allow for a folding table next to them. This was great until the new dryer broke about two years ago. After we realized how much it would cost to fix it, we decided to buy a new one. We were informed at Lowes that different brands of washers and dryers are not compatible to be stacked. This was a problem as we didn’t want to use the same brand because that dryer had only lasted two years. We decide to buy the same brand again as the repair was so expensive and we would have had to remodel to place the washer/dryer side by side. When they were delivered the installers told us that they could not be stacked as the newer model had changed and that they saw this all the time. If we went ahead and attempted to stack them anyway, we would negate the warranty on the new dryer. I was floored as this little bit of info had not been shared with us where we bought the washer/dryer nor at Lowes(which I usually love). We returned the new dryer and fixed the old one for a boatload of money. The moral of the story is that only the original matching washer/dryer set can be safely stacked and the warranty maintained! I thought stacking them would be such a space saver. We will have to remodel the space when either the washer or dryer finally dies so that they can be side by side. Aaaagh! Also, I will be going back to a top loading washer when this happens as the front loaders stink if the door is left shut fro even a short time and the gasket gets full of gunk that has to be cleaned. Sorry about your washer. Glad you are getting a new one.

My family is experiencing washer issues too. The pump bracket broke on my less than one year old washer, which caused the pump to actually fall off of the tub. My house flooded and ruined our laminate flooring. Thankfully homeowners insurance is taking care of the repairs. When I called the manufacturers since it was less than a year since purchase, I learned that the one year warranty does not start from the purchase date. It starts at the date of manufacture.
YoungHouseLove says
Yikes! How frustrating!

So glad you convinced them to replace the washer. Years ago, I purchase a fancy new Miehle washer and it broke within the first day or so. Instead of a new one, a repair was attempted and there were many other repairs over the next 4 years. Finally, a district manager came out and a new one was ordered, however at a pro-rated price. The new one worked like a dream for the next 6 years before I moved on. So if something doesn’t work right at the beginning, I’m a firm believer in demanding replacement!

Did they remove the moving bolts (designed to keep the drum steady for transport?) I would suggest you ask as it could be an easy fix, but make sure no damage was done to the machine.
Just a thought—I once had a brand new front loader literally walk across the entire laundry room because the moving bolts were not removed on installation!
YoungHouseLove says
Thanks for the bolt tips guys! We double (and triple checked) and everything they should have removed has been removed, so it’s some issue with the agitator when it’s on the wash cycle.

My family recently moved to a new condo and we ordered all of our appliances (washer, dryer, and refrigerator) from HHGregg. We had SO MANY problems with all of them! When they installed our washer they didn’t hook it up to the drain so on our first load of laundry, we flooded our laundry room and got water in the unit below us. Our washer also made a horribly loud noise and we had a similar situation, Whirlpool said it would take a week for anyone to come out and look at it. Luckily, HHGregg worked with us and replaced it within 3 days. Now, everything runs smoothly and we can laugh at the whole mess.

The washer and dryer in my apartment building have no countdown display. I’ve got the timing nailed down for a wash cycle, but I’m still trying to figure out exactly how long the dryer cycle is without waiting there for 45+ minutes.
Stephanie says
So about placing the new flooring down under the washer/dryer… Is that just recommended instead of placing them directly onto the subfloor? Looks like you put some down in house 2 but on top of the flooring.. I think I missed the reasoning for that? Getting ready to re-do our laundry room and wondering if we should do the same!
YoungHouseLove says
Yes, we heard it’s somehow easier on them (don’t need bearings replaced as often or something if you reinforce the floor under them so it’s more solid?). Don’t remember exactly, but the stacked system in our last house never had an issue in years of using them that way!

Sorry to be a debbie downer but I ran the appliances dept at a big box for several years and 90% of the machines we took back were Maytag. Do yourself a favor and add the HD warranty to your purchase. If you have a problem outside of the one year warranty, you will have to pay for a service call without it. This way, you’ll be covered. You should be able to add it within a month or so without a problem. If they cant fix it, they replace it.

My mom is having a new fridge delivered today after (wait for it) EIGHT weeks without a working fridge. Her fridge was new & under warranty, but wasn’t freezing anything or keeping food cold. She got the runaround from Lowes and Whirpool who said she just needed a new part… long story short, the part got lost in customs (despite supposedly being American made) and after 5 weeks, she got so fed up she requested a new fridge, which then took 3 weeks to order/deliver. So she was working out of an old mini-fridge that used to be in one of our college dorm rooms (over the holidays and while she had multiple rounds of visitors). Bless her heart.

We too had Home Depot deliver & setup new washer & dryer (also Maytag, but not top of the line). When they did the leak check – uh oh – water running from underneath (not hose connection). They immediately packed that puppy back into the truck and said HD would call within 2 hrs. HD did call and scheduled a delivery of a replacement washer the next day.
Customer service is a big deal to me and in my experience, HD rocks it.

What a bummer! From the video it seems the thing is an unbalanced basket, but what do I know?? Hoping all is well come Thurs. FYI, we were told to shut off the water supply after finishing, and always use the more pricy steel hoses. With a second floor laundry this advice is especially recommended.
Cannot imagine seeing myself up in the air, 20 feet tall! Major freak-out I’m sure! Have fun at the home show!

Well, not so much a delivery issue, just more of a really embarassing delivery story. When my man and I bought our home, it too came with the orignal dryer (1971) and a washing machine from the 1980s. Our house had also been owned by an elderly couple before then (no one died in the house, I triple checked that). Well, when the nice guys from HD came to take out the old appliances.. we all got a nice surprise of some even more nicely sized (literal) granny panties that had some how gotten lost behind the dryer who knows when. They giggled.. I turned red as I laughed awkwardly. When they took the old dryer out of the house, I swept and cleaned back there like no one’s business… it’s really funny now.

Oh, wow! We’ve found some interesting stuff behind our appliances since moving in (multiple Legos, a few miniature dinosaur figurines, several very old engagement announcements), but no “unmentionables”!

That happened with our new washer! It turns out that there was some kind of rod underneath the basin that holds it secure during shipping – and the installers forgot to take it out! Kind of like the little strip on plastic you pull out of a battery-operated device when you start it up. Check for that!

Just kidding – I see that you have responded to other comments saying that you’ve checked that. I hope your laundry debacle is fixed soon!

And THIS is why I would never go to Home Depot and instead depend on our local independent appliance dealership. They would never ever tell you to get in touch with the manufacturer. They have their own awesome repair staff. When we had an appliance come essentially broken. We called and a new one was delivered within the hour! Using the means I’m not saving a few bucks (it was a 40 difference between them and Home Depot) which ammortized over the 10 plus years is 4 stinkin’ bucks a year!

Annie,
This is what my parents told me when I bought my house and appliances this summer. The local appliance store is huge, price matches the big box stores, runs their own repair/warranty business, etc. I got a great deal on a set of Samsung front loaders and a “scratch and dent” fridge (no one can tell me where the scratch is) and they held them for two weeks while I waited to close. Then they rescheduled delivery for me when closing was delayed, and made a second trip with a stacking kit when the washer and dryer wouldn’t fit side by side in the room. Plus everyone was so nice.

We have a whirpool cabrio top loader that was making a similar noise a few months ago. It’s about 2 years old, and I googled some stuff about it like you did and found all kinds of issues with that brand/model. A generic appliance repairman came out to service it and he said there’s some pulley system (?) that had come off its chain or something. Luckily it was an easy repair. Anyway, the repairman said he’s seen all kinds of problems with the new designs of washers these days and that those old school washers with the agitators were built to last. I thought that was kind of interesting and sad. Hopefully yours is fixed soon! Such a huge bummer to have a new appliance not work right out of the gate. And props to you for calling customer service and not name dropping, etc. But that approach probably gives you a more “real” experience in the long run.

i dont understand why you would go for a top load washer. Front loaders are known to be more efficient and quiet. Top loaders just move your clothes back and forth in the same position while the front actually move the clothes and clean much better. I have owned both LG and Maytag fronts and never had an issue. Maybe reconsider your purchase? Oh.. and the LG I owed actually powered themselves! They had some sort of mini-turbine in them! If you spun the drum with your hand it would power on. Neat. Cut down on the electric bill. Good luck on the new one!
YoungHouseLove says
Thanks Dan! You can check out this post for all of our top loader vs. front loader considerations. We had front loaders for 8 years and liked them, but the mildew maintenance was a factor (many service guys and friends of ours said top loaders are the only way to dodge that long-term). Plus top loaders now come in high efficiency versions which minimize front-loaders’ previous advantages of load size, spin speed, and water usage :)

Ten years ago I ante’d up and spent the big bucks during a kitchen remodel on a brand new top-of-the-line Kitchen Aid dishwasher. It got installed professionally and when I went to run it the FIRST time there was this horrible grinding sound. The store told me I had to deal with the manufacturer, so Kitchen Aid did a service call and announced that the motor needs replacement. I refused the service and requested a brand new dishwasher since that was what I paid for…not a refurbished model. I could have saved a ton of money if I’d bought a scratch-n-dent or refurbished model at the store instead of a brand new dishwasher. KitchenAid refused. I spent several days calling up and down the East Coast to speak with various levels of KitchenAid management to request a brand new dishwasher that functioned like I paid for. Absolutely blew me off and would do nothing but provide a service call to repair it. I was astonished how dismissive and uninterested KitchenAid was in standing behind their product. After two weeks or so I finally relented and went for the repair just so I could have a functioning machine. :( I have never purchased another KitchenAid product since then (which kills me bc I’d really like one of their stand mixers) and take each opportunity to share my bad story with fellow purchasers (which at the end I told KitchenAid I would do every chance I got). Glad Home Depot stepped up and did the right thing by you…I will remember that.

IMO, when a new appliance doesn’t work from the get-go, the retailer should replace it and deal with the manufacturer themselves. While I’m pleased that HD is doing that for you, I wouldn’t have expected anything less and really don’t think they should have told you to call Maytag to begin with.
Good luck with your Home Show. Are you going to get blasted with the winter storm that is coming our way? Hope not.

I think we’re just supposed to get rain (and it might start Sunday night, so it hopefully won’t affect the home show). We’re doing a good weather dance over here!

I was waiting on a new washer once after going weeks without (had three kids then so a few expensive trips to the laundromat). The store emailed me and called me every day for five days before the delivery date to remind me to be home and then on the very evening they called to say they couldn’t deliver it after all. Heck no! I was as nice as possible when I told them I wanted it in my house that night! The showed up at 10 pm and one delivery guy said he’d been home watching the game and ready for bed when they called and made him come out.

No way, that’s awesome that they sent someone out!

At our last house, we purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s and it was TERRIBLE! We had six service calls on it before we took it out and took it back. One of the service guys (not from Lowe’s), actually told us that a dishwasher wasn’t meant for washing dishes, just sanitizing them, and that we needed to wash them first. Excuse me – why is it called a dishwasher then???
We’re currently redoing a repo (while we live in it) and when we moved in, it basically didn’t have a kitchen. We ordered the appliances and they were delivered. When we got ready to install them, the dishwasher was the wrong color. I was SO sad! I was really ready to have a dishwasher again. We had to wait a week before they delivered a new one. But all is well now.
Hope you get your washer soon. I know how it feels to be without an important appliance!

I finally splurged on a dual fuel double oven last year since I’ve really gotten into cooking. When they delivered it, there was a decent size dent on one side. While I was upset that my brand new oven had a dent, it didn’t effect the usage and it was covered once the oven was installed. Plus they gave me 10% off so in the end I got money off and I’ve never had to see the dent again!

That’s a nice consolation!

I bought a new washer last spring and have really struggled with how MUCH BETTER my old washer really was. I’m all for water efficiency, but no matter what setting I choose now, many clothes just don’t get clean. If a simple cardigan comes out smelling like an armpit, what’s that say for the underwear or kitchen towels? Having to run a soak cycle–or another complete wash–on so many loads cancels any water and energy savings. Here’s what I wrote about it then:

I can totally relate to your broken washer! When we bought our house we ordered an washer/dryer set to be delivered the day after we moved in. Well upon delivery, the dryer was smashed in on one side, so they didn’t even bring it down to the house. Within a week the washer had a piece break away that rattled inside the drum. So, after waiting a couple of weeks we had another set delivered. Well, the 2nd dryer was also smashed on the side, and the same plastic thing broke off on the 2nd washer. You’d think we would give up at this point, but everything was under warranty, so a 3rd set was delivered. Turns out 3rd time was the charm, the have both been working great for over two years.

Two thumbs up to Home Depot for taking care of this for you. I’ve found them to be not so great in terms of sales floor customer service (as in: they ignore me. And sometimes I think it’s because I’m a girl. Whatevs) but better when it comes to larger purchases.
Anyway, I’m glad you had a good experience and PS: you totally solved a problem for me with this post! The hardwood under our fridge is kind of destroyed (from an old leak, before we moved in) and I thought we’d have to buy an entire box of new flooring to replace it, which seemed kind of dumb since you can’t see that flooring anyway. Plywood is a great option! Thanks guys.
